We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

Very nice hotel with nice amenities. In house restaurant and a snack bar for purchases. Unfortunately the pool was under maintenance for our stay but it looked very nice.

The bedding is very comfortable, but the sofa bed is just average. The bathroom is great, but the breakfast selection is limited. The stove is especially slow, and the swimming pool is not available. Although they mentioned the option of going to other hotels, it would take at least a 10-minute drive, which is difficult to accomplish. my daughter was slightly disappointed. Overall, it is clean and tidy, and I would consider staying again.

The coach was sketchy. It looked like a cat had scratched the cushions, they were sagged in the middle and looked it was a freebie on the corner sidewalk. And where else do you sit in the room other then the couch. Stay away from room 215. Poor couch experience.

The website doesn't tell you that the pool is closed! I book here literally for the pool because the one downtown doesn't have one so my littles were disappointed.
The size of the rooms are amazing and the beds are comfortable!

we were told at arrival the pool was closed, which was the main reason we chose them and was told before it would be open. other people were in the pool and were given pool towels. we almost left when we talked to desk again

It would have been nice if there were a shuttle to the airport. Alaska Airlines is flying increased flights to Paine Field and transportation to a hotel would be a bonus.
It was quiet, and the view of the trees and trail from our room was wonderful. We drove to Ivar's for dinner which was a real treat. The lighthouse park was a highlight for an after dinner walk.

The booking should be two nights, December 10~12, while I did check out on December 12 Monday morning,why the hotel still charged me one more night?
The front desk, called me after extra charged me,who promised to investigate it and will take proper action regarding this matter. Besides this likely mistake otherwise it was overall a nice hotel to stay.

The pool area was slightly disappointing. We went on our first night and there were a lot of empty alcohol bottles laying around and everything was soaked and there were no pool towels. We didn't go back to the pool. But the pool was definitely NOT representative of the rest of the hotel, which was pristine. The quality of staff seems to vary. Some were really up to par and matched the quality of the hotel, but at least one front desk person definitely did not. I observed her being less than warm and friendly to some guests, and not very helpful. We could also hear our neighbors across the hall with little kids quite clearly, but we turned the stove fan on at night and it easily drowned out any unwanted noise.
Wow. This hotel absolutely exceeded my expectations for the price. The room was perfect, very well thought out. There are a lot of "comforts of home"...like the full kitchen (SO nice!) and extra large bathroom area and closet. It was VERY clean and felt very modern with even some "luxury" touches. I could stay here for an extended stay and be very comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic. The breakfast host was the friendliest staff member we encountered, she was lovely both mornings. The little store attached to the lobby is so cute, and has all the extras you might need or want. The decor is very classy/modern in this hotel. The surrounding area is nice and quiet yet you're close to restaurants, shopping, and other activities. This hotel is VERY clean, you would never guess it's pet friendly...until you actually see a pet. We felt very safe and comfortable here and everything was in EXCELLENT condition. And that breakfast host doesn't miss a beat....she is top notch.
