NOW, for the cons. 1. When I got back the 1st night from my event, I found unwanted guests: roaches. YES, roaches. I noticed at least one each time I came back; they were on the floor, on the table, in the cabinets, on my food (which was thankfully in boxes and bags), in the sinks, the bathroom, on the bed, a dead one in the freezer and even crawling on my open luggage!🤮🤮🤮 2. Outside my room, there was trash on the ground, everywhere in the landscaping and the parking area. 3. On one of the nights, I heard a man screaming at someone somewhere on the property. Thankfully, no gunfire, sounds of fighting or anything further. 4. And "best" of all, I happened to notice on my last day that the window to my room had been partially open THE ENTIRE TIME I was there. I only didn't realize it because of the blinds which were the kind that hang down and can be pulled left or right. I had noticed a slight breeze from somewhere at night but could never place it. Seriously, ANYBODY could have entered my room at any time, taken anything they wanted, or worse, someone could have seen the open window, snuck in and attacked me! 5. The Wifi didn't work, had to use my hotspot the whole time. Before leaving on my last day, I asked to speak with a supervisor about the whole situation and was told I could write a letter and leave it. I did so and while I was doing this, a man and woman who seemed to be in a toxic relationship were outside the doors, shouting obscenities at each other while walking around the property out front. I learned that this sort of thing happens "all the time". The police were called and the couple was still at it by the time I left. All in all, I really wanted to give this location another chance. I did, and my verdict is simple: I AM never nor WILL I ever stay at this specific Studio 6/Marriot EVER AGAIN! Save your money and look somewhere else, even if you have to pay a little extra.

I had originally chosen a room at this location due to seeing it would come with a fridge and microwave. I was thankfully paired with such a dwelling after being placed in the wrong one. There was no hassle or extra fee which was very helpful. I liked the room itself and how spacious it was, the fridge was a good size for my food, the microwave was compact and worked perfectly. Also, the small kitchenette, small dining table with chairs, sink areas and bathroom were welcome sights as well, giving the place an apartment type setting. There were plenty of towels in an abstract art looking holder next to the bathroom sink. Also, an AC sat next to the bed and provided adequate warmth during the night. Best of all, for my case at least, the room was on the first floor, which greatly helped me as I had multiple bags to bring in from my car. A higher room would have taken me longer to get to with lots of weighty things in tow, likely wearing me out before I even got to my event.

What breakfast. Air conditioner just ok in room. Fridge had one temperature just ok on cold. Drawers on bureau didnt work right. Cabinet under bath sink fell off if you touched it. No water all day on wednesday had to wait until night to shower. Called two days no ice bucket and wanted clean towels. Needed to stay extrA day so booked the time still waiting for clean towels at 2:30 pm on friday. This should be on next question.

Everything... I reserved 2 rooms about a month before trip and once I arrived at the hotel I am told that my rooms were not available (2 double beds). The guy at the desk told me he only had one queen room in the studio 6 side and 1 double bed room on the hotel 6 side, I had no other choice but to accept since no other hotels in the area had rooms available. We found a roach crawling on the bed sheets, about an hour of being checked in there were cops all over the front of hotel this happened about twice on same night due to different situations. Urine smell in elevators, we were excited to get in the pool and when we go get the bands at the front desk on Saturday morning we are told that the pool was closed because the filter was messed up and they didn't have time to fix it 😣 The beds need to be thrown away and they need to invest in getting new ones. They are sunked in the middle so when you lay down you roll right on down and your back will be screwed up too. The toilets barely go down and the showers barely had pressure. I can keep on and on but I'll leave it like this.

The fact that the hotel is walking distance to gas stations/restaurants.

I didn't like anything at all there. They were breaking into people rooms and stealing all there belongings. I stayed in the room and someone knocked on my door five times saying that I was supposed to check out when I already paid for my whole stay they were checking to see if someone was there so they could steal all my stuff. This hotel was the worst hotel I ever stayed in!!!

Nothing the elevator was broken and the clerk seen all my bags and my scooter and put me on the highest floor the 5th floor so I had to carry everything up the stairs the staircase smelled like urine and it was filthy

The noise ! The foot traffic. Having the Police called even though I had paid

No not go there! It is a huge slum.I had the Police called on me TWICE because my payment did not reach the hotel.I was put out on the street even though I had receipts! I need my money back from Booking com! It was horrific experience.I paid twice thinking the issue was resolved,but still was excited off the property by the Police. I have online receipts and paper receipts!

The Rooms are old. Has hole in the walls,The beds very uncomfortable with springs hurting your back.Bathroom had broken toilet. The outside of the Hotel as you exit. Has dog poop smashed on the stairs. Trash all over the place.Watrr on the floor. Not a good experience at this Hotel at all. It's needs new staff and needs to be renovated.

I didnt like the price for 3 days The cable was awful and a mess. Snow on almost all the channels. The cooling system was kinda wasn't cooling the warm . The buttons needed to be adjusted some.

It took me 46 minutes to get my room door open after the door nob came off in my hand when we were starting to leave.

The only thing I liked is when we left we were suppose to get a full refund on both rooms we stayed in and of course we still haven't received the money back on our cards and that was 2 weeks ago.

My first room had roaches in it and when I was given the option for a second room, it also had roaches and bed bugs. I asked for a refund as I was not staying here and was told I could only get a refund for the second night since 15 minutes had passed from when I checked in. The manager was rude and ended up disappearing when I asked to see the policy as I could not find it on their website like he stated.

There was nothing that I liked about the property.
