It’s not totally equipped for guests, supports for shampoo, soap, etc needs to be out in the bathroom as well as an outlet for hair dryer in the bathroom.

Power outage in room handled very poorly. I made several calls to security as advised as the contact for emergencies but he showed little concern. I was told other rooms were also affected and it would be fixed in 2 hours of my first call but 4 hours later it had still not been fixed and the security guard made no effort to contact me. I was literally in the dark and had to open the door to get lighting from the hall. I was unable to shower, cook anything or make a cup of tea. The room had no emergency lighting by way of a torch and I couldn’t charge my phone either. I rang security again only to be told that the electrician had gone home so I was left in a room with no power in the dark and no suggestion from the security guard as to what I should do. It was only when I rang a mobile number on my email confirmation that was for emergencies if I couldn’t reach the security guard that that person obviously took the necessary action to have the security guard fix it. In all I was about 7 hours without any power. The security guard was not very pleasant when he eventually came to my room to check the power had been restored.

I liked everything about it except the poor way an unexpected power outage in my room was handled.

We had stayed at another apartment in this complex, and liked it but the apartment we were in this time was disappointing. It was clean and comfortable enough, but the layout while adequate was rather cramped, with the kitchen bench doubling as dining table. The decor was tired, with marks on the wall, and the blackout layer peeling off the curtain. It needed a drying rack for pool and bath towels. Kitchen equipment, glasses were very limited, and there were exactly zero supplies apart from toilet paper - no soap of any kind, no coffee or tea, no basic condiments that you might need for a short stay. No effort had gone into making the apartment welcoming for guests. Considering what we paid to stay here, this apartment was very poor value for money, although the downstairs pool and the 10 minute walk to the beach were some compensation.

Felt the apartment could do with a revamp as it is looking tired

We enjoyed the pool, having a BBQ was a bonus. In a quiet area not far from the beach, restaurants and shopping. The free laundry was excellent

Unfortunately the apartment was overdue for minor maintenance works and the tapware to the shower was well overdue for replacement. We understand that remedial works are scheduled for the apartment, delayed by the current shortage of labour and materials. There was only one bowl for cereal in contrast to rest of the crockery. Some provisions for refreshment on arrival was missing.

The apartment was of a reasonable size and was reasonably well equipped. the view over the canal was appreciated. It was located within walking distance of the beach, shopping centres and eateries. It was quiet, excepting when the sliding door to the narrow balcony was opened. There was building works nearby. The TV did not operate properly, however, the managing agents responded quickly to the issue which required replacement of the unit - all done speedily in a courteous and friendly manner.

The apartment definitely needs some update.

View from the apartment was great, we also liked the size of the apartment. Kitchen was with basic equipment - coffee maker, toaster etc. We thought that we will cook some meals but... there were not any supermarkets near. Near ABC did not have anything, just semi-finished products. We felt safe in the apartment. Big advantage was also washing machines on 4th floor. Staff was nice and helpful. There were also beach towels.

Room was outdated. Wallpaper peeling in places. We basically showered and slept only in room. Only 2 elevators working and had to wait longer than expected. Parking was tough, but was able to find free parking, had to walk 8 blocks to hotel. But we managed to get free parking the 4 days we were there. We occasionally, would pay meter parking for convenience.

We liked the location. Nice view by the channel. Able to see fireworks at Waikiki from room. Staff was friendly and smiling everyday. Laundry facilities were ice and convenient.

There was just a few things that we didn’t like. The bathroom door is not sound proof. Neither was it very private since you can see through given the light would shine through it. In addition the washer and dryers- there were quiet a few machines that weren’t working properly.

The room had everything I needed. I could locate towels, dishes, the kitchen. It was as described by property owner. I addition we had access to everything near by. It was very convenient location wise.

The sheer drapes were completely tattered, the wallpaper was tearing off the walls, scissors were so broken unusable, kitchen sink and countertop was also the bathroom sink/counter..too bas the owners don’t sink a few thousand $ into it.. and remodel it. Parking was $38 CASH a day.. no mention if this in the website.. I found parking elsewhere away from the property.

Location was great.. beautiful view from 20th floor..staff were nice and helpful.

It would have been nice to have a small shampoo/conditioner and soap in the shower so we could shower upon arrival and not have to go shopping right away. Otherwise the room had everything needed for a short stay.

It was rented as a condo, but there was no kitchen.

They were painting and doing other maintenance in the hall which was smelly. Parking was expensive (valet only) and was slow during peak times, but they were helpful and friendly. Game room was only open to the hotel guests, not vacation condo guests which was very disappointing to the kids.

We liked all the sleeping area choices for the kids, and the kitchen was well stocked with pots pans plates silverware etc. The beach stuff in the closet was a surprise bonus! Also the free laundry on the 4th floor!
