Property was in incredible disrepair. NONE of the doors in the building worked properly. The rooms were shoddily renovated and nothing was completed it seemed. TVs didn't work. The smoke detectors in both rooms didn't have batteries. Ice machine didn't work. Rarely was there anyone at the front desk. Air conditioner didn't work in either room. Broken mirror propped up on a wall in one of the room's bathrooms. Outlets that didn't work in both rooms. GFCI without cover in one bathroom. The property should probably be condemned.

Elevator wasn't working and a wheelchair customer was left stranded on the 3rd floor. There was a water leak in the hallway of the first floor. I had paid in advance for two rooms but when my daughter arrived (after us) she was made to pay for her room - this was only refunded after I pointed the mistake out.

This place stunk really bad!!!!! The smoking floor smelled better than the lobby and 1st floor. Looks like a homeless camp. Front desk lady hanging out with homeless out front. Very uncomfortable.

Lots of trash and dog poop in the halls. Smells like weed and poop. Not clean. Payed $84 a night for a budget stay but thats actually way too expensive for what I got. Not a single cup or any kitchen ware even though theres a kitchen. No soaps in the bathroom except tiny bar of soap. Was given the flattest, tiniest pillows. Loud and dirty.

Staffs were nice but doesn’t make up for the terrible condition of the place.

The room had no shower curtain no smoke alarm the countertop was busted there were missing parts in the tub and the bathroom door was broken. Outside the property was littered with trash. There were people fighting next to my room all night. This place appears to be a haven for homeless people and drug addicts. People live there while charities pay for their stay. It is not a place for travelers. The staff seem to be friendly until I confronted them with issues then the manager was completely rude and her staff . When I told her I wasn’t going to stay another night she said well thank you she sent staff to the room to get my things out telling her not to talk to me along the way. I have requested a refund several times for a night I booked but didn’t stay and the manager said you never gave me money which i did book through booking however booking states they can’t refund my money unless the property gives permission!!

The listing for this hotel claims full amenities, I got NOTHING!! Not even a trash can! I did however get a knock on the door from the front desk at 2 am to see if there was anyone in the room! The "handicapped Queen suite" I got was in no way ADA compliant and it didn't even have a queen size bed it was a full! There were no amenities as claimed to have online. There was hair in the refrigerator! The flooring in the closet was not finished! the towell rack in the bathroom was so filthy you could scrape the dirt off! There was no peep hole in the door, Just a hole for one with wadded up toilet paper so people couldn't see in! The beddind was minimal at best! I had two pillows with fiber fill in them and they had been washed so the fiber fill was matted into large clumps making it one huge ball of matting not a pillow! The toilet seat looked like it had been recovered from the hotel on the other side of the parking lot! Not only was the toilet seat discusting there were urine stains in the toilet and around the base of it! the hotel smelled like marijuana as soon as you walk inside and the place was just dirty! After the 2am knock on my door I called the front desk to see why they came up and no one answered the phone so I got dressed and walked down there to see the agent right there next to the phone, and when I asked why, I was told I wasn't in the computer so I asked why i should even be paying at this point and I was told if I don't like it I can leave!

I didn’t like anything about it .. it’s very dirty and drug beggers everywhere , I didn’t feel safe, and they had bugs , the Latinos were wanting me to have sex for money offing it to me as I walked by .. I speak Spanish I know what they said .. also just not a safe place to be

The hotel was disgusting & sooooo beat up. And it seemed like it was full of drug dealers. The room was awful! It was all beat up & missing drawers & outlet covers & there was no garbage can. The pillows were one piece of cotton shoved in a pillowcase. It truly was awful! We felt so unsafe that we barricaded the door with a table & some chairs!

The only good thing was the woman, Andrea, working the front desk.

I didn’t like the price for what we got. The internet didn’t work at all. Our air conditioner was broken and sprayed water across the floor the whole entire stay forcing us to keep towels down, the plug ins didn’t work but the one on the light did. The bed was VERY loud lol. The door to the gazebo didn’t work with key card so you always have to walk around.

I liked that it had a kitchenette, and that dogs were allowed. I also liked the gazebo for smokers. I met some really great people there. I love the laid back atmosphere here. They are very welcoming and friendly.

Nothing as I said There were roaches crawling on our bed and the kitchenette l. I went there with my wife on our wedding day when we travelled there to see family and it was the most embarrassed I’ve ever been in my life’s and I requested a refund and still haven’t heard anything. Also there were police there removing a prostitute and there was no staff at all. Our room key wouldn’t even open the door and we had to have someone let us in our room…. With the key card plug in machine. It was literally the most embarrassing moment on the happiest day of my life…

Worst hotel ever. Do not stay here. Bed bugs, rude staff and my property was stolen during my stay. You would be better off sleeping in a car or under a bridge than booking this hotel. Seriously, I cannot stress this enough, do not stay at this hotel.
