You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaI believe one of the employees is living above room 203 and there was a lot of noise in the unit from 10 pm until 2 am both nights. It sounded like furniture was being moved, running water for hours (laundry?) and a lot of stomping back and forth. I don’t believe this was a guest but an actual employee of the hotel. Yikes.
Decent place for a good sleep. Beds seem improved, cable tv, quiet neighborhood.

CanadaWifi didn't work, and the TV had very poor sound quality. The furniture was outdated and old, the bathroom door had been kicked in and the bed was a little hard.
Location, room was clean, and it was quiet. Walking distance to a shopping area, and places for walking my dog that were safe. It was definately a "pet friendly" room which I had asked for.

United States of AmericaShower/tub was small. Wifi was terrible, could not watch a youtube video without buffering. There was no coffee pot in the room at all. There was a small pot in the office, but it didn't open till 9 on Sunday!

United States of AmericaCleanliness seemed questionable: Some things like the microwave were obviously dusty. One of the floor tiles in the middle of the bathroom was loose and felt like it would come up when we stepped on it. We had trouble getting the shower to turn on. The valve parts were so loose that we feared it would break or just fall apart if we pulled on it. After a call to the office, my wife went ahead and pulled hard enough to get it to work. So it did finally work pretty well.
Things were pretty quiet. Bed was comfortable.

United States of AmericaI used to work for booking. During that time I saw many complaints about things I would not have given a second thought about. I am very easy to please, and I will be happy with almost any motel/hotel, as long as the absolute basics are met. One of those basics are hot water. There was hot water, but it was very inconsistent, and it made taking a shower extremely frustrating. Having to constantly step out of the water because it suddenly turned cold is extremely unpleasant. If they fixed this issue this would be a solid choice to stay at. Oh, and wifi was there, but not even worth mentioning. It was so slow. Had to rely on my cell signal the whole stay.
Comfy. Room had fridge and microwave. Table to sit at.

NetherlandsAfter a week of hiking I was looking for a good night sleep. I’m usually not one to complain but I did not get what I came for. The building is made out of cheap wood which made any sound carry through the whole building. I don’t know what was going on upstairs but it sounded like they were re-doing the upper floor all night until after midnight. The sealing squeaked en banged for hours. It sounded like moving of furniture and a lot of stomping around. I think there was dogs too. After little sleep I woke up early as they were already going at it again. There was a lot of noise coming from outside too, people, very loud ac’s from other rooms. It was an incredibly loud experience whilst I was looking to get some rest. What makes things even worse is their pricing. Their rates (for a place like this) are above average. I left feeling exhausted knowing I paid so much and could barely sleep just made this a bad experience.
