Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The room was a little small bed was not comfortable. I was supposed to be in a accessibility room. I was on the first floor, but the bathroom was not accessible for me. I had a hard time. And elevators were out of order.

Breakfast was very small and the only fruit they offered was apples, the pool was Ice cold, I didn't have hand soap in my room, and the rooms weren't very clean and there was no chair for the desk.
Friendly helpful staff, easy access, laundry room on site.

No one answered front desk phone around 1am during a domestic fight. I was very scared by the screaming down the hallway. Thankfully, police did arrive. Boise is known for questionable hotels by the airport. Will never stay there again.

There were flecks of grit in the ice coming out of the ice maker - Yuck! Also, the shower could use an overhaul. The showerhead is too low and inflexible, and the shower drain stayed down, making the water pool up - also Yuck!

I did review this for Super8… sadly there were people eating a takeout in the pool (not even on the side!) so gave that a miss… there was a notice to say not to, but they thought better. We also had a weed smoker outside our room…. I’m pleased to say that Super8 themselves did apologise for our experience and said they would look into the problem. Really hard these days to deal with people who don’t think the rules apply to them. I wouldn’t want the job and I have no complaints about the hotel itself.

Property and entrance were a little dingy and less than welcoming. Elevators were out of order and the parking was a little inconvenient for where the entrances were.
Bed was comfortable and the room was spacious and clean enough. Nice that there was a breakfast option, albeit a little scarce.

TV needed attention.
Free breakfast, basic items. The room was comfortable. had a problem with the TV however, no sound at all. I did not ask to have it fixed as I was just staying one night.

There was cereal out for breakfast but I was told they had no milk available for at least 2 days.
The bed was really comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. I loved the option of the mini waffles and the strawberry waffle mix was so good. It even had bits of strawberries in it.

The fact they took $50.00 deposit and said it would be put back the next morning just to find out it was 3 days. The TV won't stay on longer than an hour. The shower was clogged, and the shower head was awful. The moring staff was rude and not helpful at all. I will never stay at this Motel 8 again. All the others I've stayed in were amazing. I'm very disappointed in this on in Bosie.

The bed had to be 30 years old and hard as s a rock. The tv don’t work but they fixed it. At 11:30 a group of Mexicans were banging on doors laughing and talking loud. Obviously they had been drinking.
