Elevator wasn’t working , bed had the most uncomfortable mattress ever, none of us me nor my boyfriend could sleep well. Both of us Woke up with bad back pain. No screen on the window. Invest in new mattresses please! And probably better pillows too. Since we only stopped there to sleep good and in piece after exhausting week at work, can’t really give this hotel good rate.

Light switch did not work. staff member put on floor lamp manually and told us to keep light on, so that when we came back later after dark, we would have to walk into a dark room. When we arrived back, there were no knobs to turn on the heat. A different staff member told us we were lucky it wasnlt a really cold night, We asked for extra blankets - she was able to find one. Finally, no soap in bathroom. We used shower gel to wash our face and hands.

Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was a nice hold-over until you could go out for a real breakfast after checkout. Room & bathroom were clean.

People who LIVE in the hotel just hanging out in front of the doors. We stayed in a smoking room. upon entering i always check the beds, and asked for a new bed sheet since i didn’t find the one on the bed up to par. The nice front desk clerk handed me sheets and pillowcases etc. THE BED SHEET HAD LITERAL BURN HOLES IN IT. I know I’m in a smoking room but that was absolutely disgusting!

Motel needs some renovation, broken doors,cigarette burned rug,breakfast had to ask for coffee to be made and only muffins available. Motel really needs renovation or paint new carpet

Needs renovations rugs were old, and coming up. Bathroom needed a lot of work but was clean. Lobby was a hang out, needs a lot of work. Mattresses were old and soft.

I had stayed there several times from 2017 to 2020 obviously the property is deteriorated and has not been kept up with it could use a little work. The bed was clean though the bathroom was clean the towels were clean. My biggest disappointment was getting up in the morning to find two men look like they were homeless sleeping on the couch in the lobby not to mention some of the undesirables that were hanging around and about the property it seems that most of the time. However my biggest disappointment was the breakfast years ago there was plenty of coffee plenty of juice and assortment of muffins and things and toast and most of all there was the ability to make waffles I was very disappointed that none of that was there any longer. There was coffee with creamer and they were only corn muffins no variety. I would hope that's an effort could be put into this place to bring it back to the glory that it once was it needs taken care of and again there's seems like there's a lot of miscreants hanging around the property

The room was old. Trim was falling off in the bathroom. The tv was broken. The second bed had a stain on it. The free breakfast had nothing. A couple of granola bars.

The staff was great. The girl at the check in counter was helpful & went out of her way to help with checkin and breakfast.

The halls and our room smelled like cigarettes. The beds were very hard and the blankets had cigarette holes in them! Pillows were flat and floors were sticky. Tub was dirty and the bathroom sink drained very slow.

The elevator was sketchy, there were a lot of shoddy looking repairs, doors that looked as if they had been beaten down, and a general feel of disrepair. The air conditioner didn't really cool my room. The bedding was clean, but full of cigarette burns. Half the lights in my room didn't work. Breakfast was ok, basically just an OJ dispenser and a waffle machine. In the words of another guest, "It's not Detroit, but it'll do."

The price was good. The staff was friendly.
