We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Slovakiasmelly AC, bugs in the room, cleaning servise was more funny than clean, terrible bathroom, never - i mean NEVER clean towels, even if they change it you can find somebody`s hair on it etc... breakfast is surreal, you can make you own waffles, toast or cornflakes, sounds much better than it taste, trust me.

United KingdomDefinitely had bed bugs as we woke up with new bites each morning, the room had a funky smell and bed sheets had cigarette holes in it, sleeping in what felt like a dirty bed. Although a dodgy area the surrounding of the hotel was somewhat safe but as soon as you left the car park it was a very sketchy area especially at night time

They went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The AC unit didn’t work and front desk guy drove all the way to Murfreesboro to buy another unit and put it in before we got back. The room was so nice and cool when we walked in.

Also for the rooms to be Non-smoking the people on our floor were smoking like freightrains. I coughed while in the room. it was so bad there is no way the staff couldn’t smell it.

United States of AmericaBreakfast is a joke - little more than coffee. In three days there was only an almost empty dispenser of Frosted Flakes. About half a dozen small packaged pastries on offer. No orange juice. Not even bread (but a toaster) Rooms were small and not well maintained. AC didn't work properly. No in-room coffee. Overall a marginally acceptable 2-star property - at a three-star price.

United States of AmericaHallway smelled of weed. Killed 2 Brown Recluses. Room I had booked was overbooked had to settle for a different room. Room was shabby (carpet looked over 20 years old and was threadbare, there was plaster coming off the ceiling, there had obviouslybeen a recent roof leak). Room was hot and had a smell when we entered. Continent breakfast was a joke, generic raisin brand and frosted flakes and the milk smelled off. Other than that, an excellent hotel if I had been charged $50 less than I was.
Staff was friendly. Sheets were clean.

United States of AmericaDirty. Stains and dead bug smudges on the walls and pictures in the room. Odd stains on floors, and blankets. Janky elevator, hallways smell strange. Even the remote was grimey. There was a dog behind check in counter. Had to find housekeeping to get new towels, trash bags and tissue as housekeeping didn't come on the 2nd day. A/c unit was falling out of the wall you could see outside thru gap where the A/C should be.
With the rising cost of hotels in this city the price was decent but don't expect anything updated or decent
