Terrible neighborhood. Tents and grange right up against the property not more than a few yards from my door. 1/3 mile walk to a restaurant in the daytime even was one I wouldn’t want to do again.

Room was big and mostly super clean (some obvious misses upon a closer look). Checkin was fast and friendly.

I've stayed at this hotel a few times, and never seen roaches. Unfortunately my room had many roaches, and I also seen fleas in my room.

The room is a good size. I like that there is a separate area with a couch so you don't always have to sit on your bed.

There were cockroaches in the room so after I seen 3 of them coming out the tv stand I said no I went to the front desk told them he tried to give me the bug spray I said no can I change rooms and he was nice to change my room but they need to address that quickly! And there was broken glass on the floor there were stains on the box spring the covers had stuff on them not very clean I was disgusted

A coffee pot was provided, but no hot cups were provided and no utensils.

For the price it wasn't bad. I was able to park right in front of the room.

The room smelled like cigarettes, there was a hole in the wall and the bed sheets were ripped. There were homeless directly in front screaming.

I booked a ground floor level room with a king bed. When I checked in, the staff assigned me a room on the second floor with a queen bed. I went back and showed them the booking on my phone, and then I was reassigned to what I had originally booked. The front light switch didn't turn on the lights all the time, but by pressing on one of the electrical outlets, made the lights turn on. The shower head had a missing washer, so it sprayed water everywhere, until I had one of the staff fix it. The floor mat in the tub hadn't been picked up and cleaned in a long while, and frequently discharged mold and algae whenever it was pressed on. The comforter on the bed was extremely saggy in all places and wasn't very comfortable. The room was non-smoking, but you could still smell cigarette and cannabis smoke inside from guests in adjacent rooms. There is a homeless shelter nearby, so you'll see plenty of vagrants outside on the street and going through the trash bins.

When we finally got the room I had booked, it was in a convenient location next to parking spaces and the exit. The price was OK compared to what other places in the area were charging. I didn't have to wait long in the morning to get a repair on the shower after I informed them what the problem was.

The room had a terrible smell of smoke. We did not notify staff though as we checked in late after a long day of travel, so we dealt with it but the smell was horrid.

Homeless people , elevators Extremely hot , the rooms where not ready ,no coffee maker or coffee I had to go too office to pick coffee packs after the guy just brought the coffee maker to me, the shower head was broken in had to put it back on and the tube leak all over the floor, the electric fan didn’t work

The ice machine is still BROKEN after at least 6 months. I have stayed here several times over the last 6 months and the ice machine is still broken. It appears that the owner of the hotel has NO INTENTIONS of fixing it.

Hair dryer in room. Better mattress. Better shower water pressure. Bed was extremely uncomfortable.😞😩

The heater was working well. Kept me warm. It was clean.. no hair dryer at all. Not good. I felt the metal spring on the mattress! It was horrible did not sleep well. But it was okay overall. It was just one night.

Nothing was good about this place

I was not happy due to the fact that they charge your account, before you get there. No real amenities to offer guest like coffee or tea service. I didn’t like that the bed had old worn out bed spread ,had holds in it. the header didn’t work the room was cold.
