Inadequate Freaking SIGNAGE, and or exterior lighting on the exterior of the hotel building. The worst I've seen. Drove past hotel, at low speed, looking for entrance, per google verbal directions, on first attempt to find. Navigated a barrier, u turn to get back. The Google directions were good. Identifying the hotel building from the direction of our street approach not clearly lit, or signed.

My neighbors had a screaming child they just let make noise much too late and early. And they fought. I could hear them so the walls are a bit thin.

The walls were thin. We were able to hear the room next door, who was on the phone, pretty clearly. The breakfast ran out before it ended, which was at 9am.

Great value and great location. Can't ask for more considering the price and it's closeness to the outlet shopping center. Staff were friendly.

Breakfast. It was non-existent. They had no place to fill water bottles.

They didn't supply breakfast - a few packaged snacks that were all gone when I went down at 8:30. They should not be able to advertise that they have breakfast. The bed was comfortable. The fridge was noisy and ran most of the night. It was fairly quiet. I felt it was good value for what we paid. I would stay again.

The pool was very hot and the doors were locked to the patio area connected to the pool. There was only one door in/out.

It did have a clean pool and a grab and go breakfast. Room was clean. Hotel was near food and gas stations.

The shower did not have much pressure, the bathroom sink had the faucet too close to the back of the sink and it was hard to access the water to wash my face and shave, There was no ice bucket. When I rolled down the bed there was a small spider crawling down the sheet. It was difficult to use the guide on the TV to figure out what channels were accessible. Some sort of TV guide to tell what channel numbers to use for specific networks and TV channels would have been nice. It would have been nice to have had some pastries for breakfast and milk for the instant oatmeal. One last thing, our room was at the very end of the hallway toward the back. We used the back stairwell but there should be a sidewalk off the back outside door, that goes to the left and right to the parking area instead of going straight down to an area where there are no cars. When you are dragging a suitcase a direct route to the car would be better.

It was a nice room. The fan and heater worked well, and the room had plenty of pillows (we had a double queen and stole from the other bed). There was a decent number of TV channels to watch. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was adequate. I liked the orange juice and apple juice, yogurt and the banana. It had great wifi and the password was on the slip with the card keys.

The check in process was extremely laborious and took a long time. I booked a queen room and we got a handicapped room with a full bed. There we’re not rooms ready when we checked in( an hour after the beginning of check-in time) so they gave us this room. Also, the room had a strong musty smell.

I was on 3rd floor I was not told that was a smoking floor. My room says no smoking, but I was getting smell from other rooms start making me sick. I had to ask for something to put in the room to make the smell go away.

The bathroom floor felt sticky. Our slippers made the sound of sticking to the floor. The shower very nice but the lower shower nozzle was broken and could not be used.
