Everything was great!

This was our third time staying here. It has always been very clean, which is my first priority. I would recommend Surf beach to anyone who wants to relax and get away from the huge hotels but it’s still relatively close to shopping and dining.

Several parts of the room needed maintenance. The door knob to the bathroom was broke, The sink in the bathroom wouldn't stay on.

the in and out of the parking garage isn’t full size truck friendly as it is very difficult to get in and out.

Jacuzzi could have been cleaned right away but it was clean for the most of our stay. Parking could be a bit better especially exits with round corners.

The location was great and the condo was wonderful with great views. I truly recommend the place as it was not too loud in the evenings and had everything inside that you need.

The sofa sleepers need to have new air mattresses or maybe you should convert to memory foam. Mine did not hold air so a good nights rest was just not possible.

Location is really convenient to Treasure Island. Access to the beach is excellent.

The bed in the master bedroom was not comfortable . You also were missing pans on the kitchen pantry.

I made breakfast at the condo for my family. It was close to the beach and surrounding good places to eat.

The decor is dated, the tile floors are chipped, the bathrooms are rusted all over. The beds are really broken down.

The property location was phenomenal, beach was easy to access and always an open spot.

The walk from the resort to the beach is a little longer than I would have liked. It's not so bad if you don't have to carry a cooler, chairs, umbrellas, and beach bags. It'd be nice if there were an option to rent a wagon for the day or anything to make it a little easier to haul everything. We drove from Pennsylvania and did not have enough room in our vehicle for our wheeled cooler but it would have made things much easier. I plan to purchase a collapsible wagon for future visits.

The room was beautiful and exceeded my expectations. Everything was exceptionally clean! The view was incredible. I did not expect that beach chairs and umbrellas would be included in our room. Chairs and umbrellas are always available at an additional cost at every resort I've stayed at but there were 2 chairs and 3 umbrellas provided by Surf Beach Resort at no additional charge. The location is awesome! There are so many great places to shop and eat within walking distance and a free shuttle available to John's Pass Boardwalk. I will definitely be returning to to Surf Beach Resort!

The parking was really bad, no enforcement of parking rules, I didn't have access to my assigned parking spit and they did nothing to move the car that had parked in my spot, mild in the showers and tile floors were dirty, sand on the floor when we went in. Nobody ever asked if we needed towels, I had to go track them down.

Refrigerator started leaking, A/c froze up after a couple of days. Loud clicking from power outlet in the middle of the night that prompted the Fire Department to show up. Tight parking. The second bathroom is very small.

Check in personal was great, Location and beach access outstanding. pool and grill area are very nice.

The pool was dirty. We want to use it but was turned off by the upkeep. So we did not get into the pool at all. Unfortunately, we could not see the sunset from our balcony because the landscaping was blocking the view. The room closest to the door faced the busy road and was right next tit the elevator, both very noisy. The beds that room was very hard and uncomfortable.

I have stayed in Treasure island several times. It’s one of my favorite Gulf locations.
