The "game room" consists of a pool table that didn't work (cue ball kept getting stuck with regular balls, and we lost four or five dollars) and the "fitness center" is a treadmill and exercise bike.

Nice property with updated rooms and nice balconies, excellent location and price, easy process. It was early spring, so the pool was not open, but it looked like it would be a nice place to swim. The pros absolutely outweighed the cons.

The heater was strange and could not be controlled. It kicked on every 10 min or so and blasted heat and then shut off. Wasn’t horrible but was odd.

Great location close to the ski mountains. Tuckernmans tavern near by was one of the best I’ve ever been to.

I don’t care if you get just a little bit of a breakfast, you can go anywhere and get breakfast. My concern was the lack of effort with snow removal. Especially being North Conway Snow removal and guest safety should be a priority. Even if it means you have to be out there three times during the night four times during the night clearing that snow from walkways and parking areas and the roads in the establishment. Snow removal began after 8 am! Cars were getting stuck trying to get in and when trying to leave during evening and morning hours. Snow just was not being cleared. A guest and 1 kind man who does housekeeping did offer assistance. To The other staff, instead of helping their guest, get unstuck or shoveled out, sliding cars and being snowed in just seemed seemed to be a bother.

It was nice to get up in the morning and walk over to breakfast. Fresh air. Breakfast was very minimal during the week. The weekend did include sausage and egg patties. The coffee at breakfast and thruout the day was delicious and hot. The beds were clean and had various types of pillows to choose from

Snow removal wasn’t done very well, I got plowed in and while attempting to make it out I got high centered.

The free breakfast was very lackluster even for a continental breakfast. More breakfast options would have made this 10/10. We opted to eat elsewhere which cost us extra money.

We got the hot tub suite and the hot tub was clean and worked perfectly. The staff was excellent and very friendly. The location was very conveniently close to North Conway and Crawford Notch.

Heat/AC was odd. If you changed the temperature nothing would happen for a very long time, and the. The system would randomly kick on for a few minutes. So if it’s warm and you need to cool it down or vice versa..not happening. If you want to run the fan without cooling or heat…that feature did not work. Shower curtain was dirty.

Location was great, value was even better. Would stay here again for another trip to North Conway.

Needs updates including the toilet and hooks in the bathroom to hang things and something in the shower to hold your shampoo and soap.

Was our second time and we will be back again, hot tub in the privacy of your own room,, the location,, great restaurants. Clean.

The game room was a joke! The coffee all day had no cream! The continental breakfast was so-so. Couldn't have coffee. There was no cream and no one to ask.

We did have a problem with the television--we were not able to figure out how to watch our Netflix programs. Fortunately we both had tablets with us; we had been expecting to watch some things together though. It was the only issue--otherwise we would rate the stay as Exceptional.

We really loved our room with the spa tub and beautiful gas fireplace that did not overheat the room. It was spacious and comfortable and CLEAN. The breakfast was adequate and tasty (you had what we liked, so we were happy.)

Pushy manager, intrusive, treated us like we were stealing. Not everyone is trying to pull a fast one. We just wanted to be left alone. Love the room, dread having to interact with Mr. Angry.

our group numbered 26 and we were supposed to be able to use the meeting room for evening debriefings. Although there was a previous agreement to use the room the manager was very obstinate and it took conversations to allow our group use. We. had to mop the floor after our 1 hour meeting.

The breakfast wasn't promised. Out of three days, we were only able to enjoy breakfast one day due to the food not being available. Parents were letting their kids take all of the food and the managers didn't prepare additional food or address the situation.

The location was great. It was central to where we needed to be.
