The safe in our room wasn't on at all. Reached out to customer service and was told the safes were barely being installed and not operating yet. Also there's no staff on site to help with any issues.

Clean, comfortable, no fuss place to stay. Restaurants, fast food, laundromat withi easy walking distance, groceries and other shops a short drive away. Easy access to downtown.

The parking, not enough room and parking spot was taken by other vehicles, we had to park a block away in a street that was dark. Was not secure

The mattress is very firm, memory foam mattress. I went and bought a mattress topper to help cushion mattress for my week stay.

1. The place took $30 cleaning fee for 2 days stay, but the room wasn’t cleaned even once when I was staying there. I didn’t understand why I paid this fee then. They even asked me to clean after myself at the checkout (by texting me). 2. I had a room on the first floor in the corner and there wasn’t enough sunlight. 3. The bathroom was dark. There was only one light in the bathroom, which was a mirror frame light, and it wasn’t sufficient. Mirror frame lights are not designed to enlighten the whole room. 4. The bathroom was very small

Getting an additional night at my reduces rate wasnt successful using virtual desk. However, I did can an additional night through booking.com for 25 dollars more. My final night in the second room was nice because it was a larger room with better privacy.

Easy check in and check out, friendliness of staff, location, and quality & cleanliness of rooms were very good.

- it was not too clean, the floor was dirty - there is no cleaning service/lady coming, your room is a mess - the first floor was a bit loud/scary, as it’s like a Motel style hotel - you can hear everything - AC smells - I didn’t feel completely safe But for a short-term stay it works great!

The bed was a little too hard for my taste. A little low. But that is just preference. No pool or hot tub or anything. But we were gone most of the time anyways.

It was very clean. Updated. It had everything we needed. Very easy check in process. Probably the easiest ever. Parking was great. Loved the keyless entry.

I wish their towels were larger and thicker, and that they provided a better bathroom matt. There isn't live staff onsite, so if you have an issue you need to call or text the hotel. They are quick to respond, though at around 8pm I did have to wait outside their lobby for a good 10 min until they sent me the door code.

Loved the newly renovated room and the cleanliness of the space. The bed was very comfortable, and they had a great mini fridge, microwave, and tea kettle. The TV works if you have a subscription to any streaming service (Netflix, HBO, Youtube, etc.). Also, the water pressure in the shower was great.

the bath water for me is not hot enough. i think it's hot but I'm used to super hot water. need to pay everything in advance and can't cancel booking

Good location. The room was mostly very modern which was appreciated. I was very close to the road so it was a bit noisy when trying to sleep but not terrible. The check-in process was so straightforward, making it easier to check in. I was on my own and it was difficult to see whether the door was locked or not but luckily there was a catch at the top of the door.
