The hotel is understaffed. There are often long lines at reception, and the room wasn’t ready until after 6pm!! Hire more cleaners please so that people aren’t sitting in the lobby. The same thing happened to many other people who arrived when we did

Lovely hotel with great pools- lots of fun for the family. Nice part of Vegas, south of the Strip. A bit expensive considering the late check in and staff issues

There is evidence of the resorts age, we stayed in three different rooms. All having the same layout, appliances were in marginal shape. Pool closed at 4pm, which seemed early even for February.

Good location. Easy access to the strip. Rental car hub is within walking distance.

I asked the lady at the front desk who was checking me in if I could get a room with a view of the strip, she said if I wanted to wait around an hour for a room to be cleaned then I could. After waiting an hour when I was told my room was ready I went to the front desk and she told me that the room was taken and I had to stay at my original room. Then she gave me the wrong directions so I went to the complete opposite side of the resort with all my luggage for nothing. So I didn’t end up in my room till an hour and a half after check in…

It was a good deal and in a good location. Free shuttles and lots of amenities.

Pool side is very well decorated but pool time is limited, i wish it was open all day.

The hotel campus was great, excellent value for money. Very comfortable, spacious rooms and friendly staff, neat and clean.

The Resort Fees. I have always stayed there because of no resort fees. It’s a resort there is nothing else to offer. Just a way to extract more money.

Location was excellent for our purposes. It was outside the Las Vegas trip and therefore easy to drive in and park. The room was very spacious and included a kitchen area with stove and microwave. They offer a shuttle, which one can take from the hotel directly to the center of the Las Vegas strip. Overall, it was a good value for the money.

Our dishwasher had some maintenance issues in one of the rooms. Better kitchen pans and pots. I feel things were missing. But when we called for something. They came within a reasonable time and they were helpful.

Love the location to have a family friendly vegas visit. Pools were open, small arcade, art and leisure classes for kids and adults. Our 2 bedroom was perfect set up for grandparents, our kiddos, and ourselves. It was a good visit and close to grocery stores, outlet mall, restaurants, and other fun things. It was a good spot to come and go and easily accessible for every direction for all our activities whether a dinner on the strip or a trip to Hoover Dam.
