Storage space in the room could have been a bit better. We were there for short stay, but with a longer visit more hanging space and drawer space would be ideal.

Excellent location, couldn’t have been better. Had a balcony ocean front room, and it was amazing - we didn’t want to leave.

Parking is a little spread out but it's not a deal breaker as it comes with the lay out of the property.

The view. The access to the beach and boardwalk. The water filling station. The coffee bar in the morning and popcorn at night. Cant forgot, I love the huge showers.

I have no complaints about this hotel.

The staff were the main reason we loved this location. It was our first time visiting this hotel and the staff were super welcoming and helpful. We were offered a free upgrade from standard queen to a suite as a wedding gift (we were there to get married at The Cocoanut Grove). We so humbled and grateful for the generosity. The property itself is in a great location, clean, very cute, and safe. We will absolutely be staying at this spot for future trips!

Nothing! We were really pleased with everything!

Location could not be better. We stayed in an ocean view room on the 2nd floor. Great views from our room and balcony. Room was spacious and very clean. Beach access was super close, just down some stairs, cross the street, and your feet are in the sand. Our boys especially loved being near the volleyball courts- great for watching some excellent play and trying ourselves with some other families who were also enjoying the beach. The little complimentary treats throughout the day made it especially memorable for our kids- hot chocolate and made to order coffees/tea in the morning, snow cones in the afternoon, and popcorn and tea in the evening! We really enjoyed the monterey bay exploration museum, which was just steps away, as well! We were really surprised there was no entrance fee. Well worth checking out, even for just a quick walkthrough. We could not be happier with our stay and are certain to visit again!

Ocean view rooms allowed us to sit and watch the surfers in the morning on the large shared balcony. The room was exceptionally clean. Shower was huge and had fantastic water pressure and temperature. Beds were comfy. Our room had a microwave & mini fridge. Popcorn & hot chocolate daily was a sweet surprise and a nice touch for guests. Hotel staff were super friendly!

We didn't like having to go to reception for a tea and coffee every morning, supplying a kettle in the room would be good. The TV initially didn't work but was an easy fix and a hairdryer would of been helpful.

We all loved the free popcorn and hot chocolate each night and the staff at reception were so friendly and always helpful. The king size bed was extremely comfortable and the views of beach and wharf were really nice. The free water and laundry facilities are amazing additions.

My only complaint is the lock for the door . If you lock the door all you have to do is push the handle down and it unlocks the door from the inside , which was scary with my 2 year old so we had to move some furniture in front of the door at night to ensure she did not wake before us and open the door . Would have liked a more secure lock or a higher up lock

Our room had windows above the shuttered windows, which resulted in light flowing into the room day (which wasn’t so bad) & night, which was very disruptive to our sleep.

The pool didn’t look soooo fantastic so we skipped that area.

We had a great view!! The fact that you guys had a laundry area is a huge plus!! The rooms were clean and perfect size. Some light bulbs didn’t work but no big deal. Coffee area was a PLUS!! Thank you to the baristas!

The coffee/beverage area should be self-serve. Waiting in line for a drink with only one person working the window was a drag.
