Bathrooms by bar and restaurant need deep clean… update.

Sometimes line for omelette station was long.

It was very good. Very little cheese selection. Could have added chicken sausage along with pork. Mandatory tip was not necessary. Service was great and we would have tipped anyway.

The Breakfast was shockingly huge selection and food great. Great views and staff remembered us next day. Beautiful place We had to have our room changed due to barking dog and they really handled it with style and gave us Champagne and $100 off. Very classy.

The breakfast was excellent! There were so many good choices and they were all delicious! Sitting and eating breakfast on the patio was beautiful! The employees were all very friendly and helpful! It started the day off wonderfully!

It was so beautifully decorated for Christmas. The tavern which is connected to the hotel has great food and breakfast which was included with our stay. The spa was wonderful and so was the ice skating rink outside.

I first booked one of the condos. When we arrived we didn't notice but theheat was off. We spent the day skiing and when we arrived back at the condo we had no heat or hot water to take showers. We were up there to celebrate my son and his wife's anniversary but we had to cancel dinner reservations. They sent over a maintenance crew to try and fix but they couldn't. The hotel property manager was great. He came an helped us move everything to the main hotel. They put my family up in the penthouse which turned a bad situation into a wonderful one. Thank you to allwho helped us out.

The hotel was wonderful. They made my family feel very comfortable after we did 't have a good experience by first booking one of the condos.

Didn’t realize it was a full service hotel going in but loved it so much for price we went a second time. Hot tub and breakfast was our favorites but the rooms and location is also perfect in Vail.

Ice service was not optimal, having to call for a bucket. A small thing but towels were not quite as luxurious as the resort.

Hotel was clean, beakfast included, staff was friendly helpfull and accommodating. Rooms were clean and spacious. They have a free shuttle that takes you anywhere in Vail and a number to call for a pickup. They had a sponsored brand of toiletries that was a nice touch. Will definitely go back for another stay.

Dinner was super limited and feel Vail's resort prices have gotten a bit out of hand. Also feel the resort as a whole caters to destination travelers and no one from the front range. Namely Modelo beer. Try some local craft beers!

we loved everything about the property. our room was clean and spacious and heated. restaurants & spas and lobby were always welcoming and spacious. Free Bfast. Mask mandates were enforced & Food was amazing. ski/board valet was the cherry on top!

I have only one real complaint and a funny situation. So first, my wife and I hated we didn’t have a microwave in the room. We ended up craving cup-o-noodles and microwaved them at the local general store, then walked back. It was a funny sight XD The only real complaint is more about Vail. Kids were everywhere, which means the area is safe, but it made things very loud at times. There were a few instances where we were in our room at night and we could hear running in all directions and shouting in the hall. That was literally the only thing I could think of though! Everything else was wonderful!!

The hotel room was extremely comfortable, and the staff was extremely kind! We were in the middle of Lionshead, and were easily walking distance from any restaurant or store we wanted to see. Along with that, our stay came with gondola tickets for 1 day, which gave us a chance to see the gorgeous mountains for a whole day. I honestly could not recommend this place enough!
