You don’t get any wifi. You have to be an Hilton Honours member! It is 2024. You also don’t get complimentary coffee/tea inside your room unless specifically asked from room service to bring in a coffee machine. You will pay for anything and everything! Check your bill when you leave! I visit a lot of hotels over the world and found these things very odd. In the end the stay will be way more expensive than originally thought.

Breakfast was IMPOSSIBLE, the time to get a table, even with reservations was impossible. We ended up leaving the hotel to have breakfast out of the hotel. The seats at the lobby bar are very very uncomfortable.

The rooms are in great condition, the bar at the pool level is very good.

I was woken by protesters outside at 7.00 am. I was moved to another room on request, however the room was on level 7, right under the restaurant kitchen.. Cleaners were cleaning at 1.00 am , and I complained to security and had to call again with limited change. For the cost of the room, I should have had sound sleep. I think the staff should have known that the new room would be problematic.. I would have appreciated a discount on room cost.

The access road was "closed" so difficult to get taxis. The access to the hotel could be better signposted as it looked like you could not drive up to the hotel. Not a problem once we knew we could drive everywhere.

Great iconic hotel. Great location. Loved drinks and dinner in the roof top restaurant. Rooms well appointed and spotlessly clean.

We loved the buffet breakfast. All the items were fresh and very tasty. The location of the hotel is very convenient for the things we wanted to do. Everyone was courteous and professional. Our room was large with a balcony, and we enjoyed lunch there.

pool was too cold, many people said this free internet is bad, I tried to download some movies to my ipad for my flight back and could not, made my 12 hour flight back bad. good internet should be free, it really makes the experience so much better

It was so difficult for Ubers and taxis to get in and out. Entrances and exits were closed off at different parts of the day. Protestors with megaphones and drums at 6am every single morning right at the entrance of the hotel caused quite the scene every day.

Not being the Hotels fault but the strike starting at 6 am with drums and chanting on the loud speaker woke us up bu the t the hotel was so nice they took money off the bill to compensate.
