Location is fantastic. Very good and well equipped kitchenette. Ample enough. It's more an apartment rental than a hotel since it lacks basic services as cleaning daily, changing towels and the like.

The shower system challenged me each night and an emptying bin service would have been good, however being left to live without someone servicing the room each day was also nice from the usual hotel vibe.

The reception staff were so friendly and helpful - a real asset to the business. I love the homely feeling; like being a resident of Boston. Location was perfect. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

    Nothing of importance.

Copley house is very well located to discover/visit Boston downtown. Can be reached very easily by metro from the airport. Enough shops and restaurants are around to fit anyone's needs. Very pleasant and welcoming staff. Wifi was working well. The room was fine, clean and quite well equipped.

There was a pungent smell in the living area, as if a cigar smoker was the previous guest.

Only able to relegate keys to one person at a time. Shower was a little finicky and didn’t have a complete door so water got everywhere. A little noisy at times due to nature of building. Why are dogs allowed but not cats?

Able to cook in suite and had utensils for doing so. Microwave also a big help. Plentiful towels. Good privacy blinds and layout of room. Cost effective and relatively close to our destination.

The room could have been done with blackout curtains on the windows, as the street lights shone through the slat blinds.

Close to transport, period house, reasonable quiet area., Staff were very helpful and assisted us with taking our bags up the four flights of stairs to our room.

Parking (for an additional fee) was about a block away.

Located very close to the Prudential Center and the Green T line. Our room was on a quiet side street. The bed was huge and it was just enough space for a couple.

The noisy neighbours on the first night, people can't behave,,,not the hotel's fault. Old building so you hear eveything. Not the friendliest staff for the price point. My rate 8/10 would be higher for a better price for this accomodation, even knowing that Boston is expensive.

Exact same room shown on the picture, nice set up with all i needed. The shared bathroom was really close and convenient, they provide a lot of towels and such.Loved the typical boston building of the area and the room design. Great area, close to everything and between common boston and fenway. Checkin was efficient

The walls were very thin so I wasn't able to sleep well because I could hear my neighbors throughout the night. But I also understand that this is a problem for city buildings in general so I wouldn't ding this place too much

There were no instructions available on how to use the built-in induction stovetop, and I did not find it intuitive. But maybe that's not something that trips up other travelers!

Spotless, well-appointed, and cozy. Great location. After-hours check-in was easy and stress-free. I also really appreciated having free cancellation as an option -- that tipped the scales in booking this place as opposed to another.

This structure is an extended hotel, meaning that they have various locations 10 minutes from the main address. I wish this information was highlighted somewhere because we found it out the day we arrived, and we had to walk with our luggages to the actual destination. However, the location of the apartment itself was very convenient and super close to Whole Foods and CVS.

Rooms were quirky and very comfortable. I appreciated they had a kitchenette with Keuring, tea pot, toaster and microwave and a private bathroom with hairdryer. There were also convenient iron and ironing boards. The furniture was cute and the king bed quite comfortable.

The rooms are in different buildings. We got lost between the two and wandered around in the frenzy freezing wind. ☹️. The reception worker came looking for us—maybe they watch for your arrival on a camera. It would have been much better if he had just walked us over. I’m

Really comfortable and practical. Well-appointed kitchenette.

After 3 knee surgeries, I really didn't like the super low tiny toilet. Also, like many inns there were no towel hooks and only one tiny towel bar.

    Nothing

We really liked the room, plenty of clean towels and a little kitchenette and table/chairs. It was clean and the shared bathroom was clean aswell. The location was great and just a short walk to supermarket, Boston common and shopping areas. Staff were friendly and there’s a computer you can use near reception if you need

Being an old building noise insulation isn't that good and could clearly hear when someone upstairs was walking around.

Excellent location and proximity to the T. Safe neighborhood and the room had a small kitchen too and was pet friendly.
