A little disappointed with the continental breakfast choices.

The outside of the building is Art Deco in style and very pretty. Nice lounge sitting area for everyone to enjoy, there is a pool and outside area but it was Autumn so we do not use this area. The town of Ogunquit is very pretty and lovely to walk around. Gorgeous coffee shop/bakery in the town about 600yards walk. Beautiful beach amazing sunrise in the morning. There are several interesting stores and some eatery's. Our bedroom was spacious and clean, nicely decorated.

Stayed in the main building King room, which we have stayed in many times. The rooms are each unique and offer amenities for our stay. We love the quaint nature of this New England boutique hotel. You have continued to make updates to the info for guests which is wonderful. Check-in, text updates, property services via a link on my phone and easy checkout. Great steps for me ! Thanks !

Noisey at the pool while we stayed lawn mowers yardwork very noisy Lot of bugs in the pool water the first night we were there not clean then No easy access to the beaches even though it was close by the ocean

Loved the area very clean Free breakfast big plus A pool pretty good shape during the unusual Sept hot weather I thought the pool was very big for a hotel Hot tub was very clean working excellent no issues I've always seen hot tubs in other hotels that never worked or not very private this hot tub was awesome!

We didn't expect to have the rooms opening to the outdoors like in a motel, but it wasn't really a problem. The breakfast room was a little shoddy, although the food selection was quite OK. There were issues with getting hot water for tea, but staff were always extremely helpful. It was not always possible to get a seat for breakfast, so we ate our last breakfast on our balcony, which was fine. There were no hangers in the closet.

A very conveniently located hotel in a historic building complex. The colors and decorations are nice. Our room had a large balcony with a table and two chairs which we used a lot. The big room was definitely a perk and we liked the common areas such as the spacious lobby and porch. The location is perfect for quick walks to either downtown or Perkin's Cove. It was also a short walk to Jonathan's.

Some of the support staff could have been a little friendlier.

Receptionist was awesome, friendly, courteous, just what we needed after a long drive. Great location near ocean view walk, shopping, and restaurants. Great outdoor seating for breakfast. Like the indoor common area for meeting with friends.

We would have liked to have a couple more tables in the lounge area so we could eat breakfast at a table. It was cold and rainy when we went so the outside tables were not really a good place to eat.

The breakfast was perfect. It included just the right items for our group. We loved the warm cookies in the afternoon. Location was perfect and very convenient to walk to most places.
