The drainpipe from the roof was located close to my room, causing noise during rainy weather. That was probably the reason why earplugs were available in the room. The breakfast needs a little upgrade (hot coffee, have warm eggs, reduce/ remove plastic utensils)

The bathroom was a little small but overall no complaints.

We loved it here! Charming clean and comfortable unit. The breakfast was fabulous.... fresh fruit and cereal options plus bagels and pastries that were delicious. Great to have breakfast offered on real crockery and cutlery rather than disposable... thankyou! A lovely stay, great price in a convenient but quiet location :)

It seems they either have new owners or just need to do a bit of a refresh, peeling paint over my head in the shower, and mildew on grout/tub. Not as pristine as it used to be.

We have stayed here many times and always enjoy our time.

Breakfast was OK, but it was the same items every morning of our 3 day stay. Seems last summer's stay had more options. Rooms are cleaned, but only at your daily request. Knowing we were staying for 3 days and requesting the room cleaned and towels changed the first day we were there, you would think it would continue for the duration of our stay. I was not happy to find wet, dirty towels still on the bathroom floor when we returned in the evening. Apparently you have to request room clean each and every day! Why not make a note in our file upon our check in?

Overall accommodations were as good as last summer when we stayed. Very well kept property with pleasing appearance. The touchless key entry is great!! Very easy to use.

The cinnamon frosted biscuits were homemade but definitely stale.

The room was clean and well appointed. The bed, bedding, pillows and towels were all top quality. The staff helpful and pleasant. Nice breakfast also.

Breakfast was very simple and when we got there many things were gone like coffee, milk, yogurt. Would have been great if the staff person at the desk could be filling things since the breakfast was already on the simple side. Just a suggestion especially as it was the last experience of our vaca before checking out. Definitely worth making sure there is enough coffee! Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay!

The rooms are very nice here, much nicer than the outdoor appearance. The pool was perfect, and the rooms were very clean and tidy with a matching ocean theme. The AC worked well and there was a fridge and coffee maker. There is a pizza place and ice cream place within walking distance though the road is very busy (there is a sidewalk.) Great location near Dennis, Harwich etc if you plan to beach hop.

The bed was really comfy and the air conditioner blew nice and cool. A sweet place—a little throwback New England roadside motel that was quiet and just what we needed when catching a concert at the Cape Cod Melody Tent (20 minutes away).
