The Lake! But felt like a ghost town hotel since most of its amenities were closed.

On this website, it said that breakfast was included and that they had room service but once we arrived, we realize that the restaurant restaurant was completely shut down and they wouldn’t be providing breakfast or room service

We did not like that the onsite restaurant was under construction. That was one of the reasons why we booked the place.

We loved the location. We were so close to so many good eating spots and things to do!

The furniture is worn and needs updating. There were stains on the couch, one of the chairs, the bedspread, and the carpet. There were frayed areas of carpet and rips in some of the furniture. It just needs a to be taken care of because the locations and views are worth the stay.

I had a corner room with two balconies, and the views from both were spectacular! I enjoyed the views the most during my stay. All of the staff were friendly, but the front desk team was the best! I can't say enough about them. The room was spacious.

We were greeted at the front by two elk feeding on the trees at the main entrance. Our room had 2 walkout balconies in different directions with seating. We enjoyed sunset drinks overlooking the lake and the mountains behind. Enjoyed a fabulous dinner at the restaurant and a crisp morning walk with the changing leaves and a small herd of elk as the sun came up over the mountains.

The shower in our room had little to no pressure and only had luke warm water.

Beautiful view of the lake and mountains! Our room was super quiet even though we were right next to the restaurant and check in desk.

Everything was absolutely amazing. The only improvement that could be made is that the rooms could have updated pillows for comfort on the couches.

The facilities need to be updated. Had a 70s/80s feel. My wife and I are average size adults but the bathroom facilities and counter top was very low and small.

Everything, great location, clean tidy. Views to die for. We had a view of lake and snow topped mountains. Brilliant well worth the money.

Some of the front desk employees weren’t very nice. Coffee in lobby should be available earlier. Our room was right off the lobby and the cooking smells from the restaurant were very prevalent in our room. There is no exhaust fan to help remove the smell. The air conditioner unit was very loud and I didn’t sleep well due to the noise.

The grounds were pretty. Bed was comfortable. Property was clean.

When you pay a premium price for something, you expect more. For the price ($425), it wasn’t good enough. We paid a premium price for a great hotel and got a good hotel. I was expecting more. Low def television in room.

Staff was great. Max took care of us when he found out about our anniversary. Dunraven restaurant was really good.

Wonderful view of the lake. Very, very large room with bedroom and separate living room / wet bar. Room came with AC (sort of rare for the area). Nice outdoor area with fire pit.

The couch and comforter on the bed were ripped, and the carpet had hair (not ours) all over it. The bathtub did not properly drain and we could hear every sound from the neighboring hotel rooms.

The location was perfect. The hotel felt safe and there were no major issues. Having an adjoining patio was a perk.

The room from our room was great overseeing Estes Lake. The room was spacious and had everything we needed.
