We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Breakfast was very good. We ate dinner and lunch there too. The hotel is super quiet despite being in a busy area. The bed is one of the most comfortable.

United States of AmericaOur shower was filthy it still had hair from the previous person staying there In the drain and on the wall there was also mold build up between the cracks of the shower wall. The heat in our room didn't work well and the wifi connection wasn't the best. We struggled to watch shows because off the constant buffering and lagging.
The rooms were nice and the area of the hotel was lovely.

United States of AmericaThe shower head in my room was awful. I didn't want to wash my hair, but the water sprayed everywhere it was demanded of myself. The handle was also broken. So this made it difficult to get the water temperature to a comfortable level. It was either scorching hot or freezing cold, unless I held it in place with my own hand. Definitely, made my overall experience and thoughts towards my stay at the Fairmont lessen.

beautiful lobby great location. a few minor things in the room and of course, charges for everything. we were told there would be grab and go breakfast for the marathoners. sadly not told we would be charged. they couldn’t provide a bagel to the marathoners for free? really. concierge was a wonderful man. one front desk person a bit rude but overall, all staff was great. The ice machine room was gross however. Floor wet behind door with wet trash embedded in the muck.

United States of AmericaThere were only two coffee pods in room for two people. It was not replaced either day. We had to call for it. Both times we received only two pods and many many creams sugars and decafs. Everything else was superb! When the desk clerk found out we were here for a birthday vacation , She bumped us up to the highest floor in a beautiful room.
Location was great. We walked everywhere including to Navy Pier and into town and River Walk.
