Water pressure on the shower was extremely strong. Difficult for smaller kids.

We had to listen to the elevators running constantly all night long. Terrible noise that was right in our room the whole time when our room was suppose to be a quiet room.

The hallway and the cost to park

The lobby and restaurant was very nice. The service was excellent. However the hallway and room doors were dirty and the bathroom could have een better

Nothing really. It generally met all my expectations. Good location and walkable to many shops and restaurants.

Breakfast was very good. We ate dinner and lunch there too. The hotel is super quiet despite being in a busy area. The bed is one of the most comfortable.

Our shower was filthy it still had hair from the previous person staying there In the drain and on the wall there was also mold build up between the cracks of the shower wall. The heat in our room didn't work well and the wifi connection wasn't the best. We struggled to watch shows because off the constant buffering and lagging.

The rooms were nice and the area of the hotel was lovely.

The lobby area and the rooms feel a little dull with lighting. Rest all is good.

Great location that is close to many Restaurants and things to do. Nice clean property with cozy rooms. Very nice staff that provides immediate support.

The shower head in my room was awful. I didn't want to wash my hair, but the water sprayed everywhere it was demanded of myself. The handle was also broken. So this made it difficult to get the water temperature to a comfortable level. It was either scorching hot or freezing cold, unless I held it in place with my own hand. Definitely, made my overall experience and thoughts towards my stay at the Fairmont lessen.

The room was dirty, and the carpet and bed were dusty. No coffee cups available. The blow dryer was also dirty and old. For the price, I think we deserve better.

Location was great, went for the Chicago Marathon and close to start. Hotel was very clean and the rooms spacious, would stay there again.

didn’t get comp water unless we asked at desk, ice machine out of service on floor, amenities seemed sparse compared to previous stay, e.g., mixed brand toiletries. so called city view wasn’t what I expected, as it faced towards the lake.

The only issue that I had was that there weren't cups to make tea in our room. Other than that the stay was nice.

The doormen and the beds were WONDERFUL. The lobby was beautiful and cozy. I loved the separate tub and shower.

beautiful lobby great location. a few minor things in the room and of course, charges for everything. we were told there would be grab and go breakfast for the marathoners. sadly not told we would be charged. they couldn’t provide a bagel to the marathoners for free? really. concierge was a wonderful man. one front desk person a bit rude but overall, all staff was great. The ice machine room was gross however. Floor wet behind door with wet trash embedded in the muck.

There were only two coffee pods in room for two people. It was not replaced either day. We had to call for it. Both times we received only two pods and many many creams sugars and decafs. Everything else was superb! When the desk clerk found out we were here for a birthday vacation , She bumped us up to the highest floor in a beautiful room.

Location was great. We walked everywhere including to Navy Pier and into town and River Walk.
