Wifi was great with my cellphone, my chromebook had trouble staying connected. I was told that sometimes chromebooks have had trouble.

The room is too dark, just two small lamps, leaving half the room quite dark. You couldn’t sit in the chairs and read.

I like its location,the restaurant and the room is quite cozy. I also like its historic qualities.

Maybe a continental breakfast, but not a big deal to pay $10 for a nice breakfast in a nice dining room.

Historic building, showing some age in upstairs corridors, but that comes with the historic charm I guess.

Breakfast was excellent, fresh food and pastries and a charming dining room, very kind staff. Great location, and easy parking. Nice period furnishings. Coffee maker and fridge in room. Easy check in and out. All was prepared as expected. Great value in an expensive town.

The staff was amazing. Love the flavored water and coffee station in the lobby and the parting gift of fudge. Staff in the kitchen was very accommodating for a vegetarian diet in the breakfast buffet. The location is fabulous. Walking distance to everything. The building has great charm. It needs a bit of upgrading but overall it felt comfortable and so friendly and a was unique experience to be in such a historic Inn that feels very well loved.

There was an air conditioner left in the window, so the room was drafty and got a lot of noice from the Main street.in general the hotel is very antique and rustic, which is okay, but needs an update, especially the bathrooms.

Good location, very nice staff. Had parking and walking distance from the town. Antique decor, pretty comfortable to sit around at the main areas.

hallways are a little musty and our room has a lot of street noise. windows are very thin.

One day our room was not made up, not a big deal, but after a day out, to come back to a unmade bed was a little unwelcoming.

Comfy bed. Love the location, we were able to walk just about everywhere. Staff was pleasant and the Inn is so quaint- one o the oldest active inns in Saratoga since the 1800s.

Room furnishings were definitely a bit outdated, which is fine and part of the charm of the hotel, but the carpets were old, dirty and desperately need to be replaced. Also, there are only window air conditioners, which made the rooms cool enough on a couple days that I was there and the temperature was in the high 70’s and cool at night. I can’t imagine staying there when it’s very hot.

Staff was very pleasant and accommodating! Good location and great rate.

The hotel needs a top down refurb. It is clean and doesn't smell like old places some time do. The issue is go for the ambience and the age of the hotel or go stay at a Holiday Inn Express.

The bed and the bedding was comfortable. Breakfast we very good. A/C units per room made it feel great in the room. The staff are extremely friendly.

The pillows are horrendous. They were so bad I couldn’t sleep and I ended up having to switch to one of the ornamental pillows that are used for decoration.

When we arrived, the room was not ready yet, but they also upgraded us to the cottage area because they were pretty sold out which was really nice of them. It was a great. Even though the room was not ready yet, they were able to accommodate me to get ready for a wedding we what had to be at. The girls at the front desk really went out of their way to help us. The breakfast is really great.
