Our room was a bit tight for 3 and the sofa bed was just a small lounge chair with a very uncomfortable mattress. My son said he could feel the springs.

Loved the location & facilities. Pool was great and we loved the firepits at night.

There weren’t enough lounge chairs at the pool. The doors are thin and you can hear everything. The front desk staff don’t value repeat clients.

The pool is nice. The swing chairs and seating areas are comfortable.

Needs More activities and amenities to enjoy.

Buffet breakfast included in our stay. Gym is available at the ground floor. Private access to beach and available free chairs, beach towels, kayaks and swimming pool. Nearby tourist attraction, food, restaurant, and 2 hour drive to Key West.

The tv in the room kept going in and out and the ceiling had a lot of dust on it which aggravated our sinuses towards the end of the stay.

Loved the environment and the staff. The staff was absolutely amazing from check in to check out. Ordered room service and the food was just amazing. The Banana Bread French toast was our favorite.

The following did not spoil our stay but I provide comment for the GM and team to consider. The dinner menu is pretty much the same as the lunch menu and certainly for dinner it lacks variety. In-Room Dining didn't work well so we cancelled the order. There needs to be a better mechanism to handle IRD. The sofa bed for our 11 year-old was very uncomfortable, so the front desk staff arranged a roll-out bed instead which was better although the mattress needed padding with blankets to make it comfortable. These facilities need reviewing by the management team.

Room was pleasant and generally well equipped. Pool and facilities were good and the decor is attractive. Staff work hard to make guests feel welcome.

a couple of times the complimentary coffee and water bathroom gels were not replaced, so we had to ask the reception staff and on one of the days our room was not made up. Though on our last day the duvet cover was changed because coffee being spilt on it. In the corridor to the rooms on the 2nd floor there was always the feint whiff of paint and indeed you could see that some cack-handed painting had been made to the door frames in such a way that white paint was also on the edges of the blue doors. This is a basic thing and gave a shoddy appearance. Also the runners to our balcony doors need a good clean with debris in the runners that appear too have been there a while. Our room has a partial sea-view, which was okay, as long as you averted your gaze from the carpark below ( quite hard when on the 2nd floor )

The pool and location next to the ocean was excellent. The tiki bar was a favourite, with friendly helpful servers, though it did close early on two of the nights of our stay.

Great get away from Miami with kids. The pool has a gradual entrance which was great for our youngest. We walked to dinner which was very easy. Food at hotel was good too! Loved having a balcony.

Stopped serving food at 8am... we usually eat dinner later than that, would be nice an optional room service pizza, hamburger or something, otherwise you have to get in the car and go out in order to get food. Beach is not for swimming.

We had to use a sofa bed which was not very comfortable and my husband ended up sleeping on the floor. We asked for a mattress to be bought in several times but it never came. I wrote and complained and nobody answered. A rude room cleaner tutted at me for asking for a mattress and treated me like I was asking too much. Also sofabed had dog hairs in it, not good for allergies! We still had a great time here despite the bed problem.

We loved this place, so nice and relaxing, beautiful green/blue/turquoise water, peaceful. It was low season so not busy. Pool was best we stayed at after a 2 week trip to Florida. Getting up for sunrises was wonderful. Watching the squalls coming in was great in the poolside bar. Bar/restaurant staff were fun and really friendly.

The check-in experience was horrible. I booked two separate rooms with two different confirmation numbers and the reception area couldn't find one of the reservations. Even with my confirmation details, correct room, date, and number, it wasn't her problem it was mine. I was asked to call Booking.com directly when things were properly proven correctly in my favor. Not any recognition of an error by the employee at the front desk? It was a horrible experience. Next, the weather was raining for all but an hour after that check-in experience.

The pool was packed when we arrived at the end of the day. Not a chair to spare. Thankfully, we were able to head to the beach and watch a storm come in. It rained for our entire visit at the resort. We ate at the Tiki Hut until we were drenched even sitting under the thatched roof. We relocated indoors to finish our meal and order additional food. It wasn't the same as being outdoors yet, it was nice that this hotel offered an indoor dining opportunity.

- Bar does not accept cash as payment. So disappointing! - Water in the pool is murky. Isn’t exactly an inviting feature. - Where did the hammocks go? They were the highlight of my stay a couple of years ago. - Light in the bathroom in the room is way too dark. Impossible to apply makeup or blow dry the hair even.

- Comfortable mattress - Incredible staff! Was the highlight of the stay - Breakfast is pretty good - Beautiful property right on the water, very relaxing (even though too much seaweed for swimming, but that’s expected in the Keys) - Beautiful lobby - Plenty of fun games for everyone - All room have some ocean view. I also watched the sunrise from mine!

Hotel room #212 had a damaged closet door with splintered wood coming out. The weather (not the resort's fault) was horrible. It wasn't easy to stay dry and enjoy the report at all.

Not overcrowded with screaming people - most were very thoughtful. Impossible to get a pool seat at 4PM in the afternoon. I'm sure it was like this most of the day. Yet, the beach side was very relaxing with chairs available. The food was good at the tiki bar and inside the hotel - same menu - the hotel theme and vibe was relaxing and tropical. Music indoors during dinner was very nice.
