wish there was an area rug in my room so I didn't track in Sand.

The rooms were nice- clean and the car close to my door- quiet but I also traveled off-season. Close to places to explore and enjoy the long walking path near the property. Happy to be pet friendly.

The bathroom had a musty smell, pretty sure due to really no good air circulation, fan doesn't cut it.

The room was separate from other rooms as we had our dog with us. The Front desk people were more than helpful. Room was clean.

The room had a bit of an odd smell when you first walked in but I thankfully had a little candle in my bag which took care of it.

It was very clean and easy to get things to and from your car. The beds were very comfortable and it was a very spacious room. We watched a good bit of TV since it was a big travel day for us but also enjoyed the restaurant next door which was withing walking distance.

Can hear people walking around in adjacent rooms. Sounded like they were above my room. Kept me up first night. AC very loud. Also owner was not informative about wifi, kitchen facilities, pool hours etc.

Pool didn’t look all that clean, but perhaps that was just due the color of the liner. People were using it.

For a typical Route 6 motel it was clean with comfortable beds, and new luxury vinyl planking. Bathroom was clean without rust or mildew.

Neighbors were loud. They were heavy-footed. Sounded like they were above us but they were next to us. Paper thin wall. Could hear them talking. The grounds were not kept up. The lobby was beautiful but no offering of breakfast. Seems like a waste. The front desk said a company in Florida owns the property.

This was the most reasonably priced lodging I could find on the Cape in the summer, with a last minute booking. We just needed a place to shower and sleep. This was great for that. There is a nice coffee/breakfast shop right next door. We did jump in the pool, which was a nice feature. Also, convenient to the National Seashore.
