Incredibly expensive (it was Boston marathon weekend). I’d have stayed longer but the cost was prohibitively expensive, even for Boston.

Lovely hotel in great location. Good to have option of picking up breakfast early, without waiting for breakfast hours.

This Boutique Hotel is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at. The room was a bit small but very cozy and the bathroom was awesome with a large comfortable jacuzzi tub. All small details made this an amazing stay. The breakfast was very tasty and a decent variety of foods to choose from. Compared to other hotels in the area which do not offer it, it was perfect! The location is right next to MIT and the metro station (15 min to downtown). I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Boston.

Staff is exceptionally friendly. We had a few special requests and the hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate them. The location is also right next to a red line stop which is very convenient.

Stayed here for an MIT meeting. It's a great choice if you prefer boutique hotels over large faceless chains. I had a lovely suite that was so comfortable and a very decent breakfast was also included.

Coffee and tea were basic - no decaf tea nor fresh milk in the rooms. Breakfast the same each day - it was good but would have liked a change after 3 days.

Price of parking 🙄 25$ friday and 45$ saturday. Parking lot was not even full. Therefore with my 2 nights reservationi though Maybe 25$ each night or one night free could have been appreciated!

A minor issue but I prefer a standalone shower rather than in the bath.

Great location close to the subway and only 10-15 minutes from both the centre of Boston and Harvard. The staff were welcoming on arrival and the room was large and bright with comfortable bed. Breakfast choice was excellent with a choice of eating outside or in the comfortable lounge.

It was a bit far from the historic sites.

Very nice place! The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was excellent, and we had an easy late check in. There were also snacks waiting for us and wine tasting at the bar in the evening.

Pricey for sure. Wish the parking was free or at least not as expensive as it was.

We loved it! Room was comfy, clean and perfect for our needs. Complimentary healthy snacks and water were delivered to our room shortly after our arrival. We also took advantage of the free wine tasting which was very much anticipated! Enjoyed delicious sangria as well. Breakfast was plentiful - so many choices! And the coffee was AHH-MAAY-ZINNG. I've been talking about that coffee since we had it!

- room was missing a microwave, eventhough I believe booking.com indicated there would be one for my room type. But perhaps I'm remembering incorrectly.

- great location - clean bathroom (very important for me)! - friendly and helpful night staff (even gave me numbers for taxis and helpful advice for using the T train for a really early flight)
