Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Breakfast is very poor. We booked this hotel with breakfast so that we didn’t have to get up and search for a place to have breakfast. This is a bummer!! Such a good place but very poor breakfast!

Not so much the property but the pool didn’t have towels near the pool u had to go to desk and ask for it. The fitness room was closed.
Likes the locqtion close to Tilton and The hotel was clean and tidy. The continental breakfast was perfect.

The housekeepers were excellent. wonderful, pleasant and of course very thorough .....extraordinary.. so appreciated them. One male clerk went out of his way for me. others not so much. I interrupted staff on cell phones. I requested a wake up call for a Boston hospital appointment. I asked in person AND left a written note; the same person in the morning said... "geez I I forgot".. I barely made my appt. FREE Breakfast was gross powered eggs +++laundry as advertised was not available... $$$$laundomat I am handicapped; ramp and entrance seldom plowed or shoveled; a friend actually called the hotel to ask for some help with shoveling. Certainly was NOT accessible. One woman was absolutely one of the nicest, most helpful and kind person I've ever met... she did not staff the desk but serviced the diner, and did other odd jobs, she was the one who cleared off my car after my friend called. I took her name but lost it So wish I could remember; she was the BEST part of my experience. I looked forward to seeing her. If you gave me 3 names, I would recognize it.. She should be acknowledged, recognized and rewarded for the pleasant affect she greeted residents. She was your best PR person. Overall; I moved to a furnished A B and B condo w full kitchen on the lake for 1/2 price.. I will NEVER stay at a BW again.

The bathroom basin was broken and leaking water from underneath. We were disappointed that we had to change rooms in the middle of the night because of this.
Breakfast is sufficient and decent. The room was warm and clean. The staff was friendly. Free coffee and beverages were great. I love this service.

The room was a little outdated but warm. One lamp gave a shock when attempting to turn on. The clock could not be set and continued to blink unless unplugged. The bedding did not smell fresh. The ceiling in the bathroom had a hole in it above the toilet. The toilet seat needed to be cleaned before use.
The breakfast area was clean and well-stocked, and the offerings were excellent. The lobby was clean, warm, and comfortable. We were greeted by a friendly face and answered all our questions.

Breakfast could use a little help. Homeless people wandering through the parking lot. TV in room was super low quality.
Great comfortable beds and pillows. Bathroom in room had exhaust fan. Great coffee maker in breakfast area.

Microwave at breakfast could have been better positioned as underneath the coffee machine so a little awkward whilst other guests are making coffee. It also needed a good clean but understandably forgotten due to location.
Speedy check in, huge room with comfortable super king bed overlooking the river. Efficient self service breakfast, quick check out. Close to all amenities.

Room smelled like smoke, staff brought up a filter to help. It thankfully did but it left a bad taste on the room. It seemed like it was a smoking hotel at one point or lots of smokers stay here.
