Front desk staff is very rude. I don't know why they show so much of attitude to everyone.. you can't ask anything to them. Very unfriendly.

Location is perfect for exploring manhattan all attraction. Times square is just few steps away from hotel..

Internal building decorations are outdated. From the elevator to the hallway to the rooms and bathrooms. Electrical needs updating as our charger sparked and went kaput when we plugged in our iPhone. You are paying for being central to the city.

The room was out dated.The elevator was wonky. Not a fan of the parking only because I felt rushed to get my stuff out of car and the website doesn't really say that is the only option for parking.I figured I'd atleast be able to pull up but it by so it not terrible just wish there site said that .

Location close to time sq . The staff was very nice . Had an issue when I got there they said my booking was not in there and I had to show them I paid already but they fix it quickly.

Had to change rooms due to noisy heat unit. No AC was available (but needed) during stay because they had not turned it on for the season yet. Construction is needed but somewhat annoying.

The hotel rooms were large but very old and the beds were very uncomfortable. Especially the electrical connections of the floor lamp were broken. It needs to be repaired seriously by an electrician.

The employees were very friendly and helpful. They also offered breakfast free of charge. This made us happy, but breakfast was not rich in content. You may not be satisfied when you purchase this paid service.

Actually, when reading the other reviews, I expected sth worse. I got a really big room with big bathroom (it was the cheapest option), with a good view on one of the streets close to Time Square and buildings around it, it was very clean and tidy and quiet. What could you expect more in this price in the very heart of Manhattan?

Definitely the breakfast. I thought there would be more choices and I would appreciate some room with tables and chairs where you can sit and eat it.

I really liked the location that was really awesome. The accommodation was fine, seemed a little bit old, but still fine.

Our toilet was blocked all week. Mentioned to staff numerous times but not sorted. We were due to get a refund of 116 dollars but have not received it yet.

Its very old hotel with filthy carpets in rthe rooms. Its not their fault just super old american hotel BREAKFAST they call it, included. WOW its insulting. One croissant and one either bannan or an apple plus blk coffee from a jar. Its so gross and insulting to even send a guest to pick up the "breakfast"

The hotel is currently undergoing renovations. Maybe this is the reason, the floor carpets and furnishings seemed outdated.

I was in room 1006 the first night and it had no Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi worked well in the lobby area so the desk staff didn’t understand why I was complaining. But the room had no Wi-Fi and I depend on it because I’m not from here.That was unpleasant.

The disorganization of our confirmed room and all the noise. We didn't get two queen beds we got fulls. It was freezing and noisy.

We did not get the room we paid for. 4 people in a king room for one night on a decent floor 1910. The next night placed in 527, awful space. Lots of noise, dogs, hallway noise at night, construction going on and you can hear people in intimate moments thru the walls. The staff is not to blame but when you pray for something you expect something. We won't stay there again and we are not going to book thru this site. We were sold a picture of decency but we're delivered ghetto room.

Well wifi is very slow and won’t work half the time which isn’t fun when trying to post pics of your trip. Beds are rock hard, only giving you 2 pillows for 2 people and when asking for more getting told no. Bad thing was 4/7 nights we stayed the next door room were going at it all night did put a complaint into the night manger about the noise but he didn’t care at all about the issue and said not my problem. And bathroom door wouldn’t close properly. The rooms need a bit of work.

Like the location to everything was easy to walk around. The house keeping lady was amazing she was super nice and friendly and very helpful.

The room was in need of an upgrade, and there were signs that the hotel was in the process of updating the rooms. The hot water took over 20 minutes to get warm enough to take a shower, and the hot water only lasted about 10 minutes

Great location, 5 blocks from Times Square! Easy check in and check out. Very friendly staff, gave pointers and places to eat in the area, Easy to get to with the subway system
