Vivían is the manager she's kind. Her older sister is rude, i never saw her crack a smile. She either neede therapy, months of customer service training, or a job where she does not have to work directly with people.

Love the motorized blackout blinds. Also LOVE the balcony. Accessible 24 /7. Most comfy bed and pillows of sny hotel I ever stayed at.

Our room was streetside and it was very loud. I also disagree with having to pay to park on site when we are staying there. One of the front desk staff told us to go across the street for coffee and we found out later that there was coffee on site.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was close to everything we wanted to do. The room was clean and blackout blinds were great!

There should be better signage on Sunset Blvd, as it can be a little hard to see where the property is. They also charge $5 for a bottle of water. That's practically obscene. They have a rooftop patio/bar area but the bar wasn't open and the furniture was quite worn.

The location was good but there was quite a bit of street noise. However, with ear plugs, this wasn't a big deal The price was good compared to other properties so I found it to be a decent value.

There where a few drawbacks though they did not distributed us substantially. 1. It was striking that the walls had some deep scratches and some fatty fingerprints on them. 3. I found two pieces of artificial eyelashes on the floor. 3. there was a brown stain on the drapes. And one my bed cover. However the one on the bed cover was of the kind that would stay even after several times in the laundry. That's why I was fine with it. The hotel did not offer any breakfast but did not advertise it either so we could prepare for that as well.

We had really pleasant stay in total. Easy check in and check out. When checking in, the receptionist agreed to print a very important document for me without any hesitation and already during the check in. That was fantastic. The room was mostly clean and had a well working fridge. We felt comfortable. It is convenient that the shower and the toilet are separated from the washbasin. The washbasin was in the main room which was ok for a couple. In total a very nice stay for the price.

I could hear cars driving by all night. People were coming and going all through the night and super loud. my room was right by the main door and the storage room for the workers so I heard doors slamming almost all day and night. I will never understand how people charge hundreds for a bed and a shower. it was nice but not really worth me spending 900 for 3 nights.

NO BREAKFAST INCLUSION ! Needed hangers + luggage rack (otherwise suitcase on floor ?!?) That is OK, Staff took good care right away.

The only issue is the cleaning service in the room, we had not it during our stay and must be included as a regular service in the rate.

They barely cleaned the rooms.. They changed sheets and towels every 3rd day unless you noticed them. They didnt empty the bin or fixed the sheets on the other days..

Perhaps the room could be a bit more inviting e.g lighter colours and a comfortable chair. The bathroom door was very noisy!

I wasn't a fan of the location, it felt unsafe during the evening. The layout of the rooms were quite uncomfortable & I was double charged on my stay which was later refunded.

Pricing at the hotel was reasonable & the staff were really helpful.

The bathroom only has frosted glass between it and the bedroom so if you're not traveling with someone who's seen you naked before, that will change!
