Seasonal guests were disrespectful, children almost ran right into me and didn't say excuse me or apologize. Yelling and screaming to each other between buildings.

The room was great. Spacious and heat worked great shower was great kitchen etc everything met expectations.

My room was a shoebox. There was no bathroom. Just toilet and sink right next to the bed. The shower was next to it. The balcony had cigarette butts. It just needs an upgrade. Parking can be tricky.

as above. better mattress/bed and somehow pulled out from where it is. if there are 2 people it's very uncomfortable. there were people talking almost all night right near our deck. caused a sleepless night.

everything was fine except the bed. it seemed to be old and worn out and also being up against the wall made it a very tight space.

I mentionned already to Jeremy that a small shelf should be installed on the walls, close to the heads of beds, so we can put our stuff. Cell, glasses, books, etc. Or better, make a small ''niche'' into the wall. Beside that nothing to add.

We very much appreciated the service provided as we arrived from the Manager. And it was a night arrival at 9h50 pm. She explained us were to park in their parking, Upgraded us to room 18 since it was empty and on the 2nd floor (instead of 3rd). Get our luggages to our room (thanks Jeremy!). Made sure tv was working and other appliances as well. We slept like babies on a very confortable bed and absolute silence. And since it was low season, she offered us not to stress to check out in the morning. We appreciated the modern touch, like coloured sheets, colored towels and nice deco on the walls. I had read some negatives comments about this hotel. None of those applied when we were there.

This a normal east coast beach hotel. the room was clean, the shower worked and the beach was super close.

The 2 woman at the front desk were friendly & helpful as well. It could use an update on things and better locks on doors but other then that it was good for what we needed it for, which was just to sleep at night.

The location was walking distance to the strip with all the restaurants, shop’s, arcade & amusement park. It’s right across from the beach & it also has a small porch with a table and chairs. Parking was right outside our room. It was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook if we wanted to with a big fridge and ice machine. It was about 25 minutes to Portland.

We hated the first room that apparently was for us, room #4. It was tiny, room only for a double bed pushed right against the wall, and terribly squashed in bathroom. No nightstand, no closet, no hooks anywhere, no desk, no bureau (there was no room for any of those), nowhere to put our suitcases, coats, or anything else. #4 was the smallest room we had ever seen, and certainly NOT appropriate for 2 guests.

We really appreciated that Shannon changed our room, from a cramped, tiny room with no closet, no hooks, no room for our suitcases or anything we brought with us, to a different one, a very beautiful room in the Captain's house. Had we not spoken to Shannon, we would have left because the room, #4, was so terrible. She is a wonderwoman! We also loved how close to the beach the New Oceanic Inn is.

The room was small and the water temperature was tough to manage, but it was great otherwise and the staff was super sweet and helpful.

The inn was a block from the beach and 4 or 5 blocks from the main drag with a gorgeous view from the upper balcony of the water.

Our refrigerator broke but, we were quickly moved to another room so my food didn't spoil. Excellent service with many apologies for the inconvenience.

The room was just the right level of comfort. The beach was steps away and very clean. The bed was comfortable.

It is in need of repair/updating. Mainly the bathroom. There should be an air conditioner in the bunk room because everyone was hot in that room. The staff gave us a fan which helped a little for the next night.

There was a lot of activity in the alley between the 3 buildings on this property. Is lots of people yelling. That we did not like.

The facility is an older cottage that was turned into rooms to rent. It was exceptionally clean, Everything worked well and we didn't have any problems. We rarely enjoyed our stay and the view of the ocean
