Small shower stall, but worked perfectly. At times, the room was hot and we didn’t have any aircon controls. There was a heatwave the week we stayed.

Our only complaint was the the room was too chilly- especially the bathroom- and there didn’t seem to be a way to change it.

The bed was amazing. The shower head was wonderful. Being able to log into our streaming services on the tv was a nice perk. The Keurig coffee maker was great and the private porch was the BEST! Parking was easy and the neighborhood was really cool.

Never saw anyone even at check in. Would have been nice to know how to operate the air conditioner as our 1st night was too warm.

Location location! Ambience of the hotel was cozy and intimate of a boutique hotel. Coupons to the local cafe and welcoming wine was appreciated.

Husband had a hard time getting streaming channels to load. Not many options for TV entertainment available. Even tried using our own Netflix, Sling, and YT TV accounts. Internet was not cooperating. Had to watch TV on our laptop using our phone as a hotspot. Also, carrying heavy luggage up stairs to the main entrance and another level to our room was not so fun. We should have considered this when selecting our room.

Bakery has a lot of options but is mostly pastries and hot drinks. Nothing healthy. Liked the feeling of being in a quiet tucked away neighborhood within walking distance to many restaurants, stores, activities, parks, gyms, even the train. Our room felt like home rather than a hotel. Property was quiet. The filtered water, ice, and snacks were a hit for us. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Overall we felt comfortable and may consider this property for a longer stay in the future while recovering from a medical procedure. Greeting card and gift of local wine was nice welcome!

Didn't love the color of the lamp bulb on the side of my bed

The nicest touch were the vouchers to the cute patisserie down the street. Also the responsiveness of the staff was incredible. Really thankful for the flexibility in letting us store our boxes in the lobby! Thank you for the local wine too :)

The air conditioner decided not to work before we arrived. The staff was very helpful to try to make it accommodating for us.

The staff was wonderful to work with. I loved the kitchen in the room and the outside balcony. They were so helpful in accommodating my handicap. They went out of their way!!!!

Maybe include more regular half and half with the coffee selections--not everyone likes the flavored versions. I don't have a lot of complaints.

The coupons for the local bakery were a very welcome addition, as was the bottle of wine in the room when I checked in. I love the Orenco. I've stayed there many times. I find it to be comfortable, safe, and quiet in a very nice part of Hillsboro.

Parking is limited close to the location.

Very, very quiet room that was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Incredible location close to restaurants, shopping, and a wonderful bakery. A bonus was a voucher for the bakery and a complimentary bottle of wine! A class act.

We liked the clean room and ease of check in. Breakfast certificate to Tous Les Jours was appreciated and delicious. It was nice weather, so we walked there.
