Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaMateo's restaurant should be avoided.
Nice large room on the 26th floor with a great sphere view. Great shops and restaurants. Nice soaking tub. Easy early check in. Good staff. Excellent location. Short walk to Sphere. Decent value.

Fitness facility is high-level gym quality. Great, big suites, excellent shower pressure! Close to everything but on the “quiet” end of the strip. Love the Palazzo!

United States of AmericaA 5 star hotel like this didn't have a coffee maker, or microwave!! Only way to get your morning coffee or tea is to go down to the casino each day and stand 30 mins+ in line at the Starbucks and pay 8 bucks.
Newer addition to the Venetian, all suites.

GuernseyIt was a little pricey but worth it.
Fantastic property with all the amenities and location for a luxurious stay in Las Vegas. Room views of the Sphere are hypnotic and attending an experiencing there was one of a kind! The hotel is also next to the Las Vegas Fashion Mall - so very convenient for walking into a prime shopping mall on the Strip.

AustraliaThe resort/pool fees are high $65US per day, they are compulsory and ‘extra’ these fees are not included in the booking on booking.com - even though it says all fees and taxes are included in the total. It’s a trap. The only other thing that is annoying is the fridge is completely full of ‘for sale items’, there is ‘no room’ to use the fridge yourself. (you can’t even fit a bottle of water in the fridge). If you move or bump anything in the fridge or on the tray above the fridge you will be charged. It’s over the top and rude not to have the use of a fridge. It was a shame those two money grabbing things spoilt a perfect review.
I loved the Venetian, the room was very spacious and clean and the bed was really comfortable. It had a bathtub and the toilet was seperate to the bathroom. The sunken lounge room , with a lunge and dining table was perfect. I would definitely stay at this property again.

United States of AmericaIt wasn't super clean. We noticed right away we had Hair in our bathroom, dust on beds boards & dresser & tvs. Floors could use more cleaning. I do NOT like there is no coffee machine, usable fridge, or microwave.
I liked the location of the Motel itself & our room! Beds & pillows comfortable.

United States of AmericaCheck in was painfully slow. Even using the app, the timing was no faster and we waited for more than 20 minutes with only a few people ahead of us. Really could use a coffee maker in the room to make the morning routine more smooth before heading downstairs.
View from the room was stellar! We had an amazing view of the Sphere. Size and amenities were good. We were in town for U2 so it was an easy walk from the hotel. Our stay was short, but very comfortable.
