    Nothing.

The room was fantastic--clean, pretty, & large. Loved that our room included both a fridge & microwave! Breakfast & all-day snacks were appreciated. Location was perfect for walking to theaters for shows & nearby restaurants. All staff we encountered were friendly & went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed--especially the bellmen. Thank you! Will definitely be back!

Breakfast area is small, and even 4/5 people can make it chaotic. 30 dollar charge per day for maintaining the room which was not made apparent to us at the time of booking.

The room and hotel were clean, staff were friendly and the location was amazing.

The rooms are a little dated. The breakfast is basic.

Location is amazing for Times Square and access to major sights in Manhattan.

The sign that you can hang at the door was either Please make up room or Room occupied. We only like our rooms to be cleaned when we feel it's needed not every single day. However, even on the days we had the sign that says "Room occupied" The maides keeps knocking on the door asking to clean the room, also leaving messages on the VM saying that if they can't access it then they will come again regardless. One of the days they even just barged in while my wife was in the bathroom. That was a big giant turn off. Why have that option to say the room is occupied then if you're going to forcefully come into the room even when we ask you not to. That became very stressful as we had to guess if someone was gonna barge it, meanwhile we like to sleep in late. I called the front desk for a bottle opener one of those nights and the front desk person said "well we have one here at the front desk...(dot dot dot)" So I was like "Can someone please bring it to us?" He said "You can come down to get it or it'll be like 10-15 minutes before someone can bring it to you". Of course, no one came. I ended up opening it some other way but for $300 a night, the least you can do is bring me something. Even if there was no staff on hand because it was late. Then at least you could've said something like "We don't have enough staff on hand but would you mind coming down to pick it up yourself?"...instead saying something like "We have one here soooo..." He wasn't mean about it but at least you can explain the situation and not put the onus on me to figure it out. Even for something as trivial as a bottle opener. Breakfast was continental, so that's fine. But the plastic bowls and plastic forks and spoons made me feel like I was in a motel or something. The gym is laughable. The cable machine didn't work. There was no business center, which was unfortunate.

Location was good for tourists. Staff was generally nice but some improvements can be made. Breakfast was ok, nothing to write home about.

Pillows were too big and the sheets a little rough.

The staff were outstanding!! Informative, friendly and went above and beyond to help us enjoy our trip! The breakfast was a great way to quickly get us going in the am and it was tasty! Loved the little cafe that had free chocolate and coffee no matter what time you needed a pick me up. The free wine at cocktails hour in the lobby was a fun surprise after a long day touring .

Dingy lighting in room and bathroom: cramped breakfast facilities: breakfast was adequate but nothing impressive. Most (not all) staff were not very friendly.

Good size room: comfortable bed: large shower: good location - near two subway stops. Complementary wine every night

The front desk staff was not the friendliest. They were not rude but just had a vibe that was not super welcoming. Also on our last day after coming in and out of the hotel for 6 days and seeing multiple staff members my 16 year old son entered the hotel alone and went to the cafe area and was followed and asked for his room key as they suspected he should not be there. I get they want to ensure guest safety but they never asked us when we were together ans I did not think it was great.

    1) great breakfast and all day snacks (chips, chocolates)/tea/coffee/hot chocolate included which saved us a lot of money 2) free wine 5 to 6 - having a chilled glass of white and a rest everyday in between activities was great. 3) two queen bed rooms available which is not as common in NY. 4) convenient bar counter with sink, microwave, cabinets and the best mini hotel fridge I've had in terms of space. 4) gorgeous modern bathroom with a separate bathtub and rain shower stall. It was hard to have a quick shower because it was so nice. 5) location, location, location - 2/4 min from a key subway line's stations, two min from the Wicked show, 4 min to Time squares, ten min from Hell's Kitchen, etc..just amazing.

Breakfast was disappointing, very limited continental offer. Only disposable crockery, glasses and cutlery provided. Felt like I was camping, not in a boutique hotel. Air conditioning was noisy, but fortunately didn’t need it due to visiting in February.

Great location, and room was very comfortable. Staff were very helpful. Loved wine hour each day, great way to start the evening! Gym although very smalll was great.

No kettle in room only coffee machine so couldn’t make hot chocolate but this wasn’t really an issue as we could make it in the snack room off the lobby.

Great location, not far from Times Square but very quiet. The bed was so comfortable, pillows were exceptional! Good choice for breakfast.

Rather noisy fridge in our room which we heard all through our first night, but this was soon disconnected at our request.

The hotel was really close to Times Square and Broadway and an easy walk to Central Park and 5th Avenue. It was nice and clean with a very comfortable feel. Very friendly reception staff and a complimentary glass of wine at 5pm every day! Breakfast was self service and had a good choice. We would definitely stay again.
