I don’t like that housekeeping has to be paid to come during your stay. I also wish they had a vending machine or store where food and little essentials could be purchased anytime.

I liked the cleanliness and friendly staff. The location was also good.

The carpet in the hallways can use some TLC or removed.

The location is EVERYTHING!! The size of the room. The pool & the bar.. 7 mins from Universal Studios. If you're looking to get to the beach, Coco Beach is the closest one hour away. It was worth the drive. PS. I just didn't care for the carpet in the hallways.. They need replacing, there's no carpet in the rooms amazing!! The rooms were very clean, and the view facing the pool is the best view!!!!!

Beds are horrible. I was there a whole week and I was on vacation but every morning woke up in pain both my husband and I. We couldn't sleep we literally had to sleep sideways in the bed. Also when we first arrived the Internet was out until the following afternoon which was a major inconvenience bc I also had a 10 yr old. And the fact that they asked us to write our credit card info on a pc of paper bc the Internet was out was a little crazy to me. Of course we didn't do it bc we paid in full so why did u need us to write our credit card info on a pc of paper. Other than the beds being horrible and the Internet was out and of course there was no compensation for the inconvenience of the bed and internet being down. I wished it was a little more comfortable because I literally stayed from Sat to Sat. Thank you

Breakfast is less to be desired and the lady that’s the barista doesn’t make you what you order after kindly repeating yourself 3 times for a $3.50 coffee then tells the front staff when you question an almost $16.00 bill for two iced coffees because she made them Americanos and told me she was just going to make them this way that this is what I ordered. The office staff let me know they would forward this up to management I have yet to hear from anyone. Save yourself aggravation and go to Starbucks or Dunkin it will be worth it in the long run.

Clean rooms and king beds plus location is close to universal because we are passholders so visit the area frequently.

Disappointed in their staff (1) working the bar/ canteen was very rude & said basically they had no food ! Until one of our family went to desk with complaint about should not be open if no food! She got ahold of canteen mgr & apparently had the food but staff didn’t want to cook anything for us … just being lazy ! Very disappointed !!
