The only downside was they don’t have a specific pickup place for car sharing. Being picked up was a little bit of a hassle because rides get trapped in the valet area.

Property was beautiful and very comfortable.

The check in staff forgot to tell me that my stay included breakfast so I missed the first breakfast. Upon checking out they mentioned it so I went to have breakfast and they told me they just closed. I requested to see the manager and was ultimately served.

The fridge was broke . I understand it’s not meant o keep perishables but it was hot. Light would flicker on and off and nothing in it was even chilled. Called the front desk they said they would have someone come and no one ever did.

Simple lack of convenience in the rooms. No trashcan in the bathroom, lack of outlets in the living area. Very limited counter space in the bathrooms made it cumbersome and crowded for two guests with toiletries.

Location and staff service was exceptional. Really appreciated the valet staff. Courteous, warm and high level of service from all. Bed was very comfortable.

check in was chaos. there were people everywhere while staff (valets) stood around. we had to get our own cart and find our own way to the front desk. the front desk was mobbed with guests and there were only two employees working. we paid for club access but our cards did not work. we had to go back down to the chaos and wait again to get the card access fixed. the room was very small but the view was nice. overall I would say that it is not worth 700 dollars per night for a queen room with access to the club lounge. I will stay somewhere else next time.

The noise was a bit excessive even on the 23rd floor with a noise machine. Not sure what was going on across the street but it was loud. The sink did not drain and when I took the stopper out to drain it, it needed to be cleaned terribly. Other things like the mirror, around the faucets, etc we’re dirty.

The location was pretty good to the interstate and airport. The beds were clean and the shower was pretty much clean.

With a hotel of this caliber, food service should be 24/7. Concierge store was quite limited. No ice cream, pastries or milk products available.

We arrived late from the airport traveling from California. There was nothing offered to eat. It would have been nice to have a sandwich or a cheese and meat platter. I was not going to wander the streets of Atlanta at 1:30 am for a meal. Especially for a female. I do not Door dash or uber. I was Concierge for Park Hyatt. I would do anything to make a guest happy.

It was quite and clean Staff was very nice.

I’m not sure we’d stay here again due to what we paid for our room versus the value received. We paid nearly $1000/night and maybe I had unrealistic expectations of what we should get for that price, but the fridge did not appear stocked and the snacks on the TV stand were opened when we arrived. The bathroom door was a pain to shut, and I just feel as if we’ve had much better experiences at less expensive hotels.

The club lounge was nice and met our needs. The hotel location and lobby was great, and the staff was incredible. All were very polite.
