To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Great vibe and friendly staff! The hotel has been recently refurbished so it feels very fresh. Comfortable room with great acoustics. We got a free upgrade (but unfortunately the room was facing the inner court). Food and cocktails at the ground floor bar were great and the bartender attending us was so nice!

It is also well positioned near cultural and green spaces, which were used generously by others in our travel party during the stay. The Team at Silversmith created a concierge experience from check-in to check out, and when enjoying the bar area.

The location, a block from The Bean and Chicago Museum of Art, was wonderful. There is a great, local coffee shop right across the street (Goddess and the Baker) and many restaurants near. There are also drug stores and a Macy's within a block. Beverly, who works at the desk, is EXCEPTIONAL. She is friendly, helpful and really cared about me and my trip. The bed and wifi were great, and the lobby has a nice, fun bar/restaurant too.

United States of AmericaAmazing value! The location was wonderful. It's very close to the art institute and the Millennium Park. Tons of restaurants and shopping nearby, and only a 20-min walk to Ogilvie station. I will say though, because of its proximity to the L, the train can be a bit loud. I requested to be placed in the back of the building, and it was very quiet, so if it bothers you, make sure you request it. Otherwise, extremely clean and spacious. The staff was very courteous.

A lovely spacious room which was mostly clean. I did see a few spots that had been overlooked. The staff was outstanding, extremely friendly and very very helpful. The young man who checked us in was delightful. The bar area was perfect and the location was excellent. The train runs directly outside the hotel and could possibly be noisy for front facing rooms but this was most certainly not a problem for us.
