Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomIt was a shame the bar and restaurant was not open on Tuesday and Wednesday. caught us out a little. I would also like to see a more comfortable/welcoming lobby with the bar open and available from say 3pm onwards. the hotel would really benefit from that.
The hotel really benefits from a ski in ski out location with a fantastic heated pool and large jacuzzi/health club. lovely to soak up after a days skiing. the food was good and the hotel was very comfortable

United States of AmericaThe hotel can't seem to regulate the temperature in the building (especially the upper floors), so after a night of sleeping (not sleeping) in an overheated room with windows open.... moved to bottom floor. Otherwise, awesome place to stay.

United States of AmericaRestaurant serves dinner, but service was slow/inattentive and food was unimpressive. Overall would recommend eating elsewhere.
Good breakfast buffet makes starting the day easy, and kids prices mean the value is quite good overall.

United States of AmericaThe layout of the room was awful. The bed was by the window with an outside light shining all night that the curtain could not block completely. Also, with the bed blocking access to the window and the table and chairs placed in the dark corner, it was difficult to enjoy the sun and the view during the day.

United States of AmericaEverything there is more expensive than most places we ski but we figured out ways to make it work for us. If you eat out every meal, and if you get true ski in, ski out accommodations, then you will pay a lot. You just have to decide what is important to you and figure out how to make it work for you.
We eat cereal for breakfast so we ate that in the room, again helping to average the pricey restaurants meals to a more palatable average cost. The walk to the slope from the Stonebridge Inn was short and easy (maybe 3-4 minute walk in ski boots).

United States of AmericaI’m always amazed when a hotel does not have a bell cart. That means they expect their guests to carry everything to their room no matter how heavy it is! The elevator was also out of service.

United States of AmericaIt was understaffed, the restaurant had one cook and one server and it got very busy. The breakfast potatoes were hard as a rock, unedible. The waiter tried his hardest. It was hot in the room and there wasn't air-conditioning. The ceiling fan only worked as a light and the fan in the closet was useless since there weren't any outlets available or reachable except across the room. The tub in the room was all scratched up and outdated and the water "ran out of the faucet, it was very annoying." The blow dryer was full of dust. The beds platform was hard to get in and out of. It had a ledge before you were able to lay on the mattress. The room itself was large and roomy, but I paid extra for that. People should get charged a resort fee if they are only sleeping and showering in the room. Tonight my husband and I are staying at The Hampton Inn in Denver. This place is so clean, updated and very comfortable. I was very disappointed that The Hyatt ran a Hotel like that.
The location was where we needed to be. We had a wedding at one of the ranches.
