The bed was too soft and the mattress was apparently worn out with waves like a lake. There could have been a milk substitute offered for breakfast to serve guests with lactose intolerance. There is no support offered to guests with disabilities - moving my luggage around was challenging. About 1:30am, I was startled hearing a sharp noise penetrating the hotel, fire brigade cars outside, and firemen moving inside the building. The reason was a malfunctioning fire alarm. Although I don't blame anyone, I could not help asking myself whether the regular check-up and maintenance had been performed as they should. It was scary before I found out what was going on.

The room was spacious enough and clean, with a small balcony, on the 2nd floor accessible by an elevator. The buffet breakfast offered a reasonable selection of food and drinks. The WiFi worked well and the chair at the desk was better than expected. As for staff, one's experience depends on the shift on duty - some are amazing, kind and supportive, others not so much.

My only 2 complaint were the bed. Way to hard for our liking. And no complementary breakfast.

Very nice Hotel. This location was ideal for our doctors appointment at Anschutz. We have stayed in this area before, but first time at this location. Room was very nice with plenty of room. Shower was very nice. This was a very quite hotel, also had a resturant onsite. We have eaten there before,always good. Very good parking and well lite. Price was affordable, wish they had a complimentary breakfast though, had to pay $12 per adult to eat at buffet. We will stay again😀

The room need some update. It’s was ok. The place is close to the mall so bit of traffic and some people who not supposed to be there at the car park.

Check in was a breeze. She was delightful and pleasant. The room was ok and the bed was comfortable.

They advertise they have an EV charger, which I guess it’s true. Except it doesn’t work. The main reason for booking this place was for the EV Charger that they say they have, but come to find out it had never worked.

Didn’t realise it had a dinning room on site . If it had been mentioned when we booked in we would have used it . Instead we walked to Mcdonald’s right next door .

Great location before flying out of Denver . Was quiet with a lovely courtyard with swimming pool and hot tub that we enjoyed . Exceptionally clean . A great selection for the breakfast that was included in the price . Good value .

no help from the front desk they didn't clean my room and three nights and they said the reason why is because the people that clean the rooms can't speak English so they can't read the sign when it says please make up my room now that's ridiculous

well, I'm in a wheelchair in the room I was in was up a hill, so I needed help to get up that hill. I usually use my prosthesis you don't have anybody to bring you ice or anything for that matter it's a no-frills hotel, which makes it difficult if you're handicap, otherwise it was great

Black out blinds would have made the stay even better.

I didn't have the highest expectations from this hotel and was pleasantly surprised! The rooms are updated, modern and the beds were super comfortable! The AC worked well. The only thing that was missing were black out blinds! We booked last minute and this was the best price around the Denver area.

It IS the most weird shaped hotel I have been in during 45 years of memorable travel. The door to the balcony was knobless therefore defunct, although the reservation i made did NOT promise this feature.

Nice all through interior. Handled being 100% without messing our stay up at all. Accommodated 1 hr late checkout request. We were up late and enjoyed drinks and snacks not too jacked on prices from the 24 hr convenience store.

No one ever came to clean our room or take out the trash, I’d take it out daily and ask for trash bag replacements. Was also unable to use the pool, the water temp was freezing! The jacuzzi water temp was also freezing, I asked if it could be heated and front desk said boiler was broken.

Comfortable stay and liked that room had all necessary amenities for a 4 day stay. We were out of the room most of the time so really only slept there.
