I have hip dysplasia and the extremely tall beds with the pillow top were extremely difficult for me to get into. I have limited mobility with right leg, so could not just climb onto the bed. I had to use the container that holds the recycling and trash bins to get up and into the bed (turned upside down). Then when I finally got on the bed moving around with a leg that has low mobility was almost impossible. The pillow top causes the body to sink into it, so scooting my bum to get int a comfortable position was also very difficult.

Not enough help for breakfast. Didn’t get part of my order. They did deduct it from my bill. Not prepared for the influx of women on a schedule. Might I mention Emma. The evening waitress was excellent. Better keep that one.

Check your receipts when checking out. I had some charges to charged our room that we did not make at the hotel bar/restaurant. They give you a parking ticket to access parking at no charge, however, they do charge $38.00 dollars a day.

Great location. Clean and quiet rooms. Walking distance from event center. Walking distance from wharf and restaurant, shopping and bars. Self check out store in lobby.

They took longer than expected at the restaurant/bar area I assumed because it was busy but then everyone started getting their drinks/food before us when we ordered before more than half of the guests there. Also I was ignored a couple times by the waiter when I asked for the check then I got up to the bar and lead bartender told me to sit down and a waiter will be right with me. Besides that incident everything else was good

The bedding was not a good fit, which allowed the fitted sheet to come undone.

The hotel is very convenient for an event at Long Beach Convention Center. The hotel has a nice lounge and restaurant with great food and service. PLUS a quick coffee bar with small eats. Wonderful lobby area with seating scattered throughout. There is a charge for parking.

Wish we could have more time to enjoy the hotel. We miss the restaurantes and the pool, but it was part of our trip not to stay to much time in the hotel :(

Location is great, nice place to stay by business or resting, lots of options near by. It I strongly suggested stay there. We received at front desk an non cost upgrade for by part of of Bonvoy (Marriot).
