The service at the restaurant was very poor. I hope this was a one off, as we have always enjoyed having the convenience of dining there as well.

The area between the bathroom and the entryway is small

The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good. They had waffles, omelette bar, cereal, eggs and meat. It is centrally located and easy to get to.

Very warm in the room and throughout the hotel. Even with the air con on it was too hot. Had to sleep with the window open under a wet towell to keep cool.

One elevator and it broke down so my elderly mom had to go down 3 flights of stairs. Luckily it was when we were leaving. Also wet floors everywhere from people in the pool. Seems dangerous

The hotel is right between Academy Blvd and i25 so we heard the sound of cars and motorcycles outside of our room at night. The walls between the rooms seem pretty paper thin, so we heard everything our noisy neighbor said.

The rooms and bathroom were very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. We appreciated the free wifi and it was fast! We chose this hotel so my daughter could use the pool and it was so nice. The breakfast was amazing! So many choices - so much more than a typical hotel breakfast buffet. The staff were very friendly and helpful when we had to contact them late at night to complain about a noisy neighbor.

No soundproof. We could hear our neighbors whispering. Also, the wifi in the room was slow. We had to go to the lobby to FaceTime. Only one elevator, which is not enough for the number of guests they typically have.

Breakfast was the best thing about this hotel! They served omelets, waffles, scrambled eggs, sausages – everything that you would need. The location is also pretty convenient – right on the interstate. It took us ~12 minutes to drive to Old Colorado City and Downton, and ~15 to get to the Garden of the Gods. As an additional bonus, an outstanding Indian restaurant right across the street.

The building is a bit dated, the atrium is super cool. There were some homeless people doing their laundry outside of our room.

The breakfast was great, the staff in the bar was amazing. We had a party for one of my sons, and they were so accommodating. We were trying to access streaming services to watch a dirtbike race, and the bartender actually used her own hotspot, her own device, and worked on setting it up for like an hour. Super wonderful.
