Air was not working, room in disrepair. Beds uncomfortable, mattresses need replacing. Linens on one bed new the other like sandpaper they were so old. Hallway reaked of mildew.

No front desk after mid night… the room next to me had a party people in the hallway screaming and in the balcony mens peeing in the balcony yelling at 2 am

The staff was wonderful and the location was perfect. The rooms could use some updating which it seems they are doing in the 2nd building of the hotel.

The parking was awful. Not enough spaces even for 1 space per reservation. The coffee pot was dirty and once cleaned could only produce 2 cups at a time. We had to go down to the front desk multiple times to ask for more coffee. The toilet in our room was about to fall over. There were copious amounts of caulking or other materials that had been used to keep it from leaking and/or falling.

Question was "did you enjoy the breakfast"? What breakfast? The thing I liked was that it was close to all the things we wanted to do.

The bed had a huge hole that I kept rolling over in. That you had to keep asking for maid service ever day. There Wes no carpet in the hall.

Room smelled musty like mice were in there. Jacuzzi tub surround had poorly repaired cracks. Jacuzzi tub drain stopper would not screw into threads to close the drain. Toilet moved around when you sat on it. Bathroom vent fan was not running. Sliding glass door needs to be replaced. All furniture was well worn and old. The rooms definitely didn't look like the pictures

Despite what I am about to list, we will continue to stay here. The positive far outweighs the negative! We are not picky people. For 4 couples, we had 3 bath towels, 3 hand towels, and 2 wash cloths. It took 4 calls to lobby and a walk down to lobby to get additional. The room corners are crusty our sheets had some stains. The furniture is kind of worn. Gentleman in lobby was not interested in helping us at all. However, the woman who was at lobby was helpful.

This has always been our go to hotel when traveling with friends. The king suites are perfect for couples. Each couple has a side separated by the bath and kitchenette. The location and parking is great too. The view from balcony is great. The pool bar is fun with great staff. They typically offer late checkout for no additional fee😃

It was very run down and although not dirty so much, there was old dirt on the walls and stains here and there. Sheets and everything were very old and worn out. The building is also confusing as is the parking situation.

The first night when we checked in, the room smelled really bad of fresh paint, so bad that it could of been painted that morning. The hall was being renovated and they had cardboad down for you to walk on. It is a good idea, but in my opinion I think the whole hall and rooms in that section shouldnt of been rented to anybody until it was finished.

The location was the best part of this hotel. With it being right on the Boardwalk, and close to the end where it starts.. you really cant beat the location. We like that there were multiple pools, and buildings

The fact that we were expecting an ocean view room and it was only a partial view..we got there the last night of bike week..thankfully because it was very loud til after 3:30am first night of our stay..glad they were gone next day..we didn't get much sleep that night that's for sure. And the pool on roof of hotel wasn't clean and was pretty cold..we thought it would of been warmer..clearer would of been nice too..

Friendly staff..only real problem was we reserved a ocean view room and got a partial ocean view..stayed another night but had to get a different room..wasn't as nice but it was only for a night.

Housekeeping was by request which was 100 percent understandable except for the fact that 3 out of the five days we were their we called down for towels and bags for trash cans. No one came with towels of bags. We ended up having to use our beach towels we brought for shower towels as well.

No breakfast options were available. Spent 90 percent of our parking in the overflow lot 2 streets away from the hotel. Room was big. Beds were comfortable. It would have been nice to know they has two different buildings. Looks are deceiving. One building had pool side bar on 2nd floor. Main building had rooftop pool on 5th floor. Buildings are not connected and the one building is being renovated.
