Annoying slamming banging outside door next to room, especially at 5am. Door needs an automatic door closer.

We had some issues with the TV and the hot water in our room. The greeting was a little stern

Strange layout of room. Not like it is pictured. King bed with tv when you enter room, second small bedroom in back with no tv and has a deck with chairs for that room.

The room was a bit small but it has a nice deck. And there were several amenities in the room including a nice TV, heating unit, coffee maker, fridge, and microwave.

The location was perfect. It was on the waterfront and only 10 minutes from my music camp at Fort Wordon. The view from my deck wad beautiful. The room had everything I needed. The room was a bit small but it I was mostly there to sleep and prepare for the day. The staff was very nice.

Updated room, comfy bed, nice and clean. Microwave and coffee maker. The balcony / view of the water was very nice. Saw several good birds right from our room.

Desk staff were at the very least, not grateful to see us, or see us go. Check-in staff was definitely better than check-out.

Whatever the site lacked in terms of friendliness of desk staff, awkward layout of room, was more than made up for by location and view. We had a delightful time in Port Townsend and would consider this place for a night's stay again.

Nothing above and beyond. No breakfast at all. The shampoo and conditioner and soap were all empty, but luckily we brought our own.

They’ve done some really nice updates, the rooms are no longer musty. And it’s beautifully situated on the water.

Had to drive to downtown, walk was a bit far for us. Plug access for USB charging was not easily accessible, but was available.

Good water view, clean & comfortable room. Staff were friendly & helpful. Parking was free and access was easy.

The room was cold when we arrived but once we got the heat going it was fine.

It is a good location. Easy walk to a good restaurant and to town. The room was comfortable and the view was fine. There would be better views in other units.

The propane fireplace started to smell a lot on our final night. The staff told us it was nothing, but it still worried us a little bit. Some of the staff was a little unfriendly as well.

The room was clean and comfortable. The jacuzzi was big enough for 2 people and was overall a good stay.

The room was quite small and the lighting was very low. Would be nice to have a nightlight in the bathroom. Basic amenities were provided but it was as described. Except we asked for room service in the time period that was designated and it wasn’t available. And, not continental Breakfast as advertised.

I liked the location and the staff, especially the man who checked us in. He was very helpful and friendly. The room was also recently remodeled and it looked nice. It was clean and provided all that we needed. It was quiet and we were overall Very good pleased. We would come back again.

The one area for hanging clothes was a rod above the toilet. There wasn't a safety bar in the shower. The air conditioner had a huge ice bar across the top. The desk clerk gave us towels to put on the floor to catch the water as it melted (I turned the air conditioner off). He didn't bother with maintenance come out to check it the next morning.

Because of restrictions on the times for use of the jacuzzi tub and our schedule, it was basically an amenity we paid for which could not be used. At check in, the desk clerk was surly and unpleasant, some customer service and appearance training would be helpful for an attitude adjustment.

The view was beautiful and the room appointments very nice and up to date.

The windows were dirty which obstructed the view from inside the unit. The sliding glass door was in disrepair and extremely difficult to open and close.

The view of the water from the balcony was spectacular. Beautiful sunrises. The unit was spacious and well appointed.
