We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The various outdoor and indoor pools, the spa, the hot tubs, the sauna and the Turkish bath were exceptionally clean, perfectly maintained and a pleasure to stay in. Dinner was prepared and served with the highest level of quality and Carlos was very attentive and friendly. We'll definitively recommend the well deserved namesake. Top notch, nothing better in the area.

When we asked about the fire pit, the staff walked over with us and when he saw that the fire was not large brought more wood to make a big fire for us. Unfortunately we did not have more than one night in this beautiful hotel!

United States of AmericaThe WiFi was weak. We would like to have had USB plugs directly situated in the power outlets. The room door would not close on its own. The bathroom door's paint was peeling. Could use some more hangers in the closet.
The staff was great, very attentive and helpful. We loved having a fire in the evening out on the patio! Breakfast was excellent and the bar was wonderful. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of space in the room.
