United States of AmericaThe price was unfortunately jacked up beyond reason because of the music festival (which was 2mi from this location BTW). The only reason we stayed here in the first place was because it was the only affordable room left in Long Beach, so our expectations were pretty low. Paying over $100/night for a $50/night room is never going to leave you stoked on any room though.
Staff was very accommodating and laid back. We weren't bothered much our entire stay, which is what we wanted as we were back and forth from a festival all weekend. I really appreciated that despite the bad neighborhood, they were able to keep anyone that doesn't belong there out of the parking lot, which was nice for piece of mind.

There was nothing about the property that we liked. The front desk assistant was rude, aggressive and had no tolerance. We arrived earlier than check-in because I was told on the Thursday prior to our stay by a female employee at the hotel that we could come early check in based on availability. On Saturday we arrived at 1:30 PM. Checking plus 3 PM. The man told us to park on the street. There was no parking around. There is signage throughout the parking lot that one spot per tenant and parking for hotel guests only. He kept telling us that parking is not included in the hotel, and we need to read the rules. My husband and I continually asked where to park because there is no street parking. It’s on Pacific Coast Highway. We went back-and-forth and finally the man yelled that we were not allowed to stay at the hotel, and told us to stay somewhere else. I called Booking.com on Saturday the day of the event and was put on hold after talking with a representative for 30 minutes. When I asked to talk to a manager, he put me on hold and then the line disconnected. I called back on Sunday and spoke to a different representative and the same situation happened where when I asked to speak to a supervisor I was put on hold and the line disconnected. I am very upset that booking.com is not giving me a refund as we were kicked out of the hotel before we were even able to stay there. This should not be up to the hotel manager to offer a refund. This is a Booking.com situation. You cannot collect money from people and then not allow them access to a property and keep their money. Feels very unethical and illegal.

United States of Americathe staff at this location were extremely rude. to begin with the lady would not let me check in when I arrived at 2 am which I was under the impression when booking said rent a room for right now I would be able to. So, she refused to refund my money. I later came back at 3 pm & was forced to pay an additional $50 deposit that was not mentioned. I had no choice, I had nowhere to go. Check out was 11 but staff began beating on my door at 10:30 am & yelling for me to open the door to which I responded with a no. I had just gotten out of shower. My deposit immediately went from pending to paid and has not been refunded yet & there was absolutely no reason they should have kept it. My experiences with booking. com have been horrible lately & I am considering no future use.
The hotel was very clean. Much to my surprise. Great shower & comfortable bed.

United States of AmericaThere were people fighting all day and all night throwing clothes out of rooms and other items all times of the day and night. On top of that there was drug dealers all day and all night standing in the parking lot and sitting in their cars. Prostitutes in every other room all day and all night it's like a 24-hour trap motel. It seemed like the owner/managers didn't care about that. What they did care about was me being a half an hour late checking out because of a car accident that happened in front of the hotel room that I assisted with so they kept my $50 cash deposit. I had told the police officers that came to the scene of the accident what had happened so they went and talked to them as well and they walked away from the window like they couldn't understand what he was saying. There's nothing good about this hotel I do not understand why any respectful hotel app as in booking, Priceline or any other business would accept them on their sites. On top of all of that they don't have fitted sheets on the beds and the last night of my stay ( I was there for 7 days and had 3 rooms) the next morning when I woke up the corner of the sheet was off and I was laying and a blood stain and urine stains. To my knowledge that is a biohazard and needs a team to come in and clean it out or they should have disposed of the mattresses immediately. There is nothing good about this property and I would suggest to not book this ever
