Super uncomfortable the bed

The parking spots are super small and the rooms are really old. The walls are thin so you can hear everything from the other rooms.

We were looking for something cheaper and needed a parking spot. We got it. The rooms are old and could use some renovations but for our two nights it was okay. The stuff is really helpful.

It’s a little dated, but it was clean and tidy. SF is struggling with a drug epidemic so there was some unsavoury folks around the streets. Nothing that made me (+45F) feel unsafe.

Great location. We got a wonderful walk in in the morning, down to Fort Mason and along the water to the GG Bridge.

Bathroom is tiny as is the shower. The furnishings are old and everything is a bit in disrepair needs a serious renovation.

The manager attitude is not so welcoming saying if you don't like, just leave. Well, I am not that attitude. Plus leaving with no refund. He said i got what I paid and not Hilton hotel. I told him, I never stay at Hilton not because of money or of luxury. I told him I may return, just need improvement. They need business just as guests need a comfortable stay just basics are good enough. I come for work, not vacay.

It was not too clean. The toilet sometimes did not work. The TV could not be turned on. Was homeless in a corner of the yard. We didn't feel safe.

Free parking, it was close to the piers.

The room smelled horrible. Like a bottle of disinfectant had been poured on the bed and carpet. We left the window open for hours with the fan on, made no difference to the smell.

Great location, room had a microwave and a fridge, staff was friendly.

It’s bare bones -bathroom is small and as I’ve said in the past, it’s a very dated property that needs serious sprucing up. Also, there was some felon looking guy smoking pot outside my door and my whole room smelled. I had to tell him to stop.

Parking is good. TV works well bed is relatively comfortable. The receptionist young man was pleasant to deal with .Place is actually fairly quiet.

Location is fantastic easy to walk to fisherman’s wharf and Lombard also great to have free parking.

The carpet in the room was so disguasting, it smelled so bad. I would never stay there again.

Little old and humid inside

Sure, it wasn’t perfect but it was pretty good for what you pay in San Francisco and the location. Very safe neighborhood with lots to do around. The bed was comfortable and it was fairly quiet. The front desk staff was really nice also

It’s old and somewhat grungy overall definitely not well-kept up  but acceptable for a short stay considering the low price 

I’ve stayed here multiple times and it’s good enough for one or maybe two nights, although the place is somewhat dilapidated, and in need of some serious renovation and new furnishings but it’s a good location and free parking helps

Keycards stopped working after a few hours, and parking lot has limited space (not parking places, but it was small and compact). The shower was not that great.

It's ok. Decent rooms, friendly staff, and plenty of parking spots available for free. Rooms are easy to find and enter.

There wasn't a fitted sheet on the bed, it was just a sheet and a mattress protector that didn't fit properly, so when you even just got into bed, it pulled out and moved around. The room was clean but not kept very updated and there were a few things that could have been easily fixed, like the shutters and a couple of the light bulbs needed changing. Only one working socket in the bathroom, which wasn't ideal.

The motel was really centrally-located, which was fantastic. To say it was on a main road, it wasn't too noisy whilst I was there. The room was large and the bed was comfortable.
