Hot tub was out of service (only reason why I booked this hotel) Microwave was dirty (didn’t want to use to warm up my food) Pool equipment was loud enough .. (kept us up most of night .. didn’t get well rest)

The area wasn't so great... the door let's in light... the a/c makes a loud noise... the bed can use some thicker pillows or maybe 2 more

The bathroom didn't have hooks for towels and clothes. At breakfast they didn't provide tongs for bread, muffins, etc. People were picking them from plastic bags with bare hands.

The location, close to where our function was; easy access to the freeway. Good continental breakfast.

The room was like a cell the curtains wouldn't go down and once I got them down u could see right through the damn thing called the office and explained and they said u can't see through it. Wanted a different room took them for ever to get me another room and bam more problems

The lady working the counter in the afternoon was really nice , seemed like new management was taking over and running with good intentions but....

I came first day and asked the person in charge that my floor was dirty, lots of spots that’s needs to be cleaned plus dirt in floor came every day for 3 continuos days and every manager in charge (all Indian) were really nice and told me they will send someone to clean but never did. Floor is dirty and with lots of spots. By dirty I mean lots of dust and dirt the moment we put our feet on the bed it was full Of dirt. I used one of the towels to show them how dirty the floor was and in 5 days that i stayed there it was never cleaned. Bed was not the most confortable and you can hear all novices from upstairs and side rooms

They said breakfast included eggs. Breakfast actually included bagels, muffins, toast, and yogurt. Hair dryer was not included in the room. Receptionist said to check back at 6am. There was not a blow dryer available. A little disappointed.

First 10 parking spaces much to narrow even though we had a mid sized car. After those first ten they were normal sized and easy to access the car without fear of damaging other adjacent vehicles.

Police constantly patrolling the lots which is a great safety issue, but speaks to the obvious rise in local crime. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The staff the lady I had go into it with her because her attitude is HORRIBLE ! Teach your staff to be more respectful they never know who they might be dealing with or what a person is thinking. The bathroom has rusty spots in the tub. Pieces of hair left. Like clean the bathroom up properly. Upstairs all you hear is stomping and running.

I didn’t like sh*t about this janky ass place.

Police activity at time of check in. 4 police cars parked out front and officers inside the lobby. People loitering in the parking lot, looked unsafe.

Walking into the room there was a strong odor of cleaning chemicals for the duration of our stay. It affected so much our breathing that we had to step out for like 3hr leaving the windows open.

It is pretty centric to a lot of good restaurants and attention places.

Room service was not that great, Only offered 1 towel and it was old and stiff. We ended up buying our own towels and rags. We had a room next to the elevator, trashcan, and the stairs, so we heard all the traffic going up and down the stairs and elevator. People seemed to stop right in front of our door to argue, talk loud and yell insanities all hours of the night. We kept having to get our key reprogrammed.

I liked that it was pet friendly and that pet friendly included cats. Believe it or not, some hotels say pet friendly but only for dogs. Coffee was available in the office. There was a mini fridge & microwave in the room and both worked but they were not in good condition. The laundry facility was decent.

Gets a little ghetto at night. Definitely activities going on all night. And you might see an episode of cops getting filmed but its still a great place to stay

Check in was not pleasant. Lobby was musky and empty. Had hard time understanding clerk with heavy accent. Had hard time falling asleep because of another ac unit noise traveling through walls. Forgot my ear plugs. Also was disappointed the jacuzzi did not work. Main reason I selected to stay here.

Very clean. Bed was very confortable as well the pillows. All room ammenities as described were there. Well secured grounds and cameras. Great location. Day staff friendly..
