Room had no bedside lights and only one table by bed. Only 2 pillows. Breakfast was paltry at best; cereal or toast. Property is very run down. Exterior needs a lot of work.

Wifi was non-existent on our side of hotel. Toilet worked when it wanted too. No bedside tables or lamps. No lighting what so ever except in the vanity & bathroom area. No charging stations except for One and it was located as part of the Microwave(yes, the microwave).

The hallways and stairwells are extremely dirty, safety stuff was really lacking. The fire alarm was disconnected, and there was no secondary lock on the door.

The television remote only changed the channel and it was too easy to get out of the cable on the TV. The noise from the road was louder than we anticipated. There was not much to choose from at breakfast.

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. TV and internet worked well, as did the heating and ac unit.

1) The fixtures were old and needed some TLC, perhaps replacing. 2) When I attempted to use the hairdryer, it arced, sparked, and spit out pieces that were on fire. Looking at it closer, it was broken beyond repair and unusable. Something that bad should not have been left in the room. When I checked with the front desk, there was no working replacement available. Overall, the room was slightly overpriced for the value received.

This place looked a little rough on arrival, reception was clean and nice looking though. Our room was as expected for what we paid for it. The bed was comfortable enough but everything else could have been much better. We walked around the hotel site at night & felt safe enough. We would not stay here again on our travels. Madison town during the day was really nice with a small-town feel to it.

room had no chairs to sit on. How does one put on shoes and tie laces. There was only one light on the night table in the whole room. The shower faucet almost pulled completely out of the tub when you pulled yo turn the shower on. Looks like they started to upgrade this room, then quit. This property needs serious attention and care. It was fully booked due to room prices, so income is not the issue. Spend some $$ back into the motel.
