We had a terrible time checking in. When I 1st checked in employee had to call someone to check me in, he did not have a computer to do so and did not verify my information or confirmation. Then they gave us a different room than what we reserved. Also, the same employee came to the room 10mins later with the same person on the phone saying they had to confirm my payment info that the room was not paid, which it was 4 days prior by credit card and confirmed, and they had the wrong credit card info. They also assigned the room they gave us to a family that came about an hour after us and tried to enter the room. Then our room key would not work 3 more times and they had to fix it.

Rundown and gross and a mess

It is SOOO run down! Trash outside every room and honestly it was scary. No one around which was probably a good thing.

The room wasn't very clean and the cleaners were just leaving it. There was mold in the shower/bathtub. Didn't look clean at all. There were no towels, paper towels, face cloths or toilet paper. The bottom sheet on the beds was a flat sheet that was too short to tuck under the mattress so that it would stay on. The wall light wire was spiced into the outlet. It didn't have a plug on it.

The guy at the desk at check in was very nice. I like that they have a pool even though we didn't get to use it as it was closed.

The hotel is very run down. Needs a complete overhaul. The beds are not comfy at all . No room service as in clean towels. We had to go ask for them. It needs to be shut down and completely redone.

The room was dirty, wet rug, no idea what was on it, old, rust everywhere, peeling paint, no plastic cups, there was a single cup coffee maker, no coffee, cups, creamers, swizzle sticks, absolutely nothing to make coffee. The guy behind front desk was miserable. Of course smelled pot while sitting outside. And the worst-THE BED! Such a cheap mattress! Hardly any padding on it. Avoid this hotel! Horrible!

They don't have towels out. The bathrooms were a little dirty I wouldn't say cleaned totally. But you get what you pay for. I think the thing they need to work on is updating and just cleaning a little bit better. Also the bedding needs to go into the trash. I bought my own at Walmart down the road cause it's hard and rough on the skin.

It was only a 2 to 10 min drive to anywhere in lake george. We had a amazing family vacation weekend. The owners are really nice and they really tried to make our stay nice. Only 8 mins from the great escape. Beds were clean and looked okay.

The new owners are VERY nice and attentive people really trying to make the place better! The location is perfect. Close to everything! The pool looked nice but we did not have the chance to use it because of our schedule. Ample parking for friends coming to visit.

I didn’t like the fact that the listings on the internet had the accommodations listed as pet friendly and had a room price but it was actually something like $30 more that had to be paid in cash. This felt wrong…?!? Room was super hot, it was like they had the heat going full blast all night. This was in early October when it was still relatively warm. I had to turn on AC to try to cool it down. The noise of the window AC unit kept me awake all night plus I was still sweating in the bed without the covers on. Over all it was probably one step up from sleeping in my car, which I will consider doing the next time. You can do better.

I did not know there was a breakfast. It doesn’t even matter what I write… No one cares this is a waste of my time

Room had no amenities other than a fridge and TV. The TV remote did not work. Freezer was blocked with ice so we had to thaw it out before using it as we needed it for ice packs. There was no wifi, even though it was advertised. No soap or shampoo in the bathroom. No microwave or coffee maker. We will not go back there!

I did not expect much but I was truly disappointed. I should have researched better but I thought Wyndham were good hotels. Phone on night stand to call reception not connected, clock not pluged in and rattled (something loose inside). Bathroom linoleum floor raised 3 " in several spots, wall paper behind tiolet falling off the wall, bed was comfortaable but pillows very thin had to use three to elevate head. Refrigerator adequate, no microwave. No mat for the tub, was slipery felt very vulnerable, tub was slippery. (I'm 84) Wi Fi was not working last night and the remote for tv was fowled up, the channel button changed the volume and the volume button changed the channel, last night it would not turn on had to go to the tv to turn on. Phone number listed on web page was not in use. After getting ready for bed I needed to know check out time for the morning, not listed in room or on bill no way to contact except to physically go to office. No food not even wrapped buns or bagles no coffee maker, microwave at office. Brought back a piece of pizza put on top of frig while changing for bed and it was swarmed with tiny running bugs. Wi Fi had no password so exposed, my Norton warned me it was dangerous. Air conditioner was old buttons worked but plastic coverings broken. Mirror over dresser was not clean behind dresser was a mess of dropped items and dirt.
