Did not like that I couldn't keep the $50 deposit going towards the next night. Every time you make a new reservation you have to have another $50.

Front desk employees were always patient with us, great people. Emilia was friendly and very helpful, especially with the many key replacements.

Nothing. The accommodation was very nice and in a good location off the main highway.

We found the accommodation easily and parked outside with no difficulty. The receptionist was very friendly and checked us in quickly and efficiently. Our room was clean and comfortable. Outside was a small but very pleasant swimming pool with sun beds and tables and chairs. There were eating places along the main road beside the accommodation so finding a nice restaurant for dinner was not hard. In fact the receptionist recommended some eateries which helped us with our choices.

The room was very clean and spacious. The check in was easy and the grounds around the hotel are beautiful and well kept. It's in walking distance to shops and restaurants. Try Casa Manana if you love Mexican food. Absolutely delicious!

I was totally bummed that the hot tub wasn't working and we couldn't at least lounge by the pool. I booked an extra day just for that.

It's close to everything that you need. The staff was great and very accommodating. The room was huge, with comfortable beds. There was a microwave, fridge, and coffee pot.

Wifi was barely working. An employee called the IP to restart the wifi, but it didn’t really work after. Bathroom wasn’t super clean, there were some hairs in the bath and dust/stuff came out of the faucets when we turned them on. There were big groups of people hanging outside our room and in the shared areas that probably stayed at the hotel for a long time together.

Internet service was not working in our corner of the hotel. That's a big deal when you're traveling. And the key-activated gate to enter the property near our room was not working properly, had to take a long way around to another gate.

Room was clean and comfortable, and it was ready when we arrived. Wasn't expecting a refrigerator but we had one - a nice surprise. Liked the hard floor instead of carpet.

I had to wait about 2-4 minutes till the hot water came through in the shower and it was very loud, could hear our neighbours showering. We used the EV charger and it seemed that there is no policy how much the rate is. In the evening it was $10 in the morning they wanted to charge $20 however they don’t have a meter to read how much we used. There is no breakfast available blaming on covid, we stayed in two other hotels so far on our trip and both offered breakfast.

Only stayed for a night. The hotel looked nice from the road and the garden looked pretty too. The weather was cold so there was no chance to use the pool. The room was a bit dated, but liked the new tiles in the bathroom. Really liked that the room had big containers of good quality soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. This saves lots of plastics waste.

Location didn’t feel totally safe Most of the other guests were workers- ie single men and so was uneasy walking about on my own.

We chose the hotel for the pool but it was out of action for our stay. We were also unable to refill our water bottles. (Water was only available to buy.)
