Great location, but the pictures displayed by booking.com, promised more than the hotel gave.

1)Hotel is open to public, anyone can come in from the streets- not safe 2)Bad air in the room, no possibility to get fresh air in, too hot, humide 3) air conditioning seemed out of date, broken and dirty 4)elevators seemed worn and torn 5)too small bed for 2

    Great location!

The first room that was reserved for us had a broken bunk bed and was really small compared to the Premium Queen advertised online. The staff was polite and moved us immediately. However, the bathroom shower in the room they moved us to literally screamed with a weird noise while we were showering. There was a lot of chipping paint and there was residual tape on the headboard. The rooms were also really dim. The elevator wait time was ridiculous. They only have 2 of them and 1 was broken most of the weekend. We typically used the stairs.

It was centrally located to Times Square and the Theatre District

Comfortable and Convenient but Lacking Some Basics

Some of the staff was quite rude. Our room did not have some of the basic things that, I believe, are expected in a hotel room such as a mini fridge or a devise to make coffee or tea.

The location was convenient. The beds were comfortable. Many of the staff were very kind and helpful.

The free Wi-Fi was consistently unstable when I needed to use Zoom or FaceTime. This was very annoying as I was on a work trip and needed to meet online with colleagues back home.

For this location, the price is amazing given that the rooms, while small and simple, are very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Really excellent value for the money.

Security - no keycard was required for lifts so anyone could access the accommodation. While the rooms were clean there was mould in the bathroom. 2 out of 3 lifts were not working over a weekend so it took a long time to get up to the higher floors & we had to walk down on more than one occasion. Could not control room temp & could not open a window. Hotel rooms need updating

The location was excellent right beside Times Square with everything you could need on your doorstep staff were lovely the bed was very comfortable.

Although it's a great location for the price, Do not stay here... their elevators are terrifying! They kept slipping and dropping and traumatized us. My niece was in tears having to ride the elevator to our room. We told the staff they had problems with the elevator and they didn't seem to take it seriously. Terrible staff. Very unfriendly front desk staff. Also the floors in our room where uneven and the maid staff wouldn't leave us extra towels. No bath mat, no hand towels, etc. And it's ridiculous that they charge you a fee to hold your luggage.

Great location in Time Square for the price. Close to theaters, restaurants, the subway. A few blocks from Central Park and 5th Avenue. Good size rooms for NYC, and the beds are very comfortable.

Elevators were so slow. We actually walked up and down 13 flights several times instead of waiting 10 minutes for the elevator. Ice machines are supposedly on 4 floors. 14th - didn't work, 10th - it was removed. 7 - finally found one that worked. Couldn't find a Do Not Disturb sign. Room service didn't give us new towels each day, only 2 days. And half of our towels had to be used each day for the floor outside the shower due to the design of the shower and water going all over the bathroom floor each time the shower was used. Asked for an extra blanket twice and was told each time that they had no extra blankets.

Location was great, being right off Times Square. Bell check employee was super helpful on 3/15. We checked our luggage with him, and watched him secure it for us. Upon our return, he helped us figure out how best to get to the airport via subway and bus. Very friendly and helpful. Check in employee 3/11 was very helpful as well. Recommended a great place for pizza which we all thoroughly enjoyed.

There is no active telephone line inside the room. So there is no way for you to call the housekeeping or the reception etc if you need something like we came to the room without wifi and you could not connect to the wifi unless you went down to the reception and they will give you a copy of paper with wifi details. They did not tell us that during check-in. Room was made upon arrival but you can tell that it was not not sanitized or thorough clean from the previous stay. The elevator is so narrow and old. Airconditioning in the room looks broken but working. Lastly, the lady receptionist last night was not so helpful in helping us to print our plane tickets. Oh I dont want to forget it too, always lock your door or atleast put the door sign that you dont want to be disturbed because if you dont, housekeeping will try to clean you earlier than 8AM and the noise from the outside (door banging, chit chat) you can hear it from your bed.

Premium queen suite provides privacy between the queen bed and bunk beds. It is few steps away from Time square.

Elevator was very noisy. Room is old with beat up features (like air conditioner). Shower pressure sucks along with that "half" door which made the water splatter on the ground. Found those little flies or bug that people talked about on the reviews.

Location. Close to times square but at the same time found places to eat/hang out that would not be by tourist areas. Loved that it is right next to a sports bar, La Macarena.

The building is falling apart. One of our rooms had no air conditioning. The other room had no hot water, and when looking for the plug in for a phone charger we found girl’s panties behind the dresser. The light covers are broken on the 4th floor by the elevator. And they spray men’s nasty smelling cologne or air freshener. It burns everyone’s nostrils.

The beds are comfortable and the staff was so friendly! The location is right on the middle of all the action.
